Abstract This paper mainly studies system aspects of a new multilingual adaptive-training technology.

The approach usage let use information basis, model and training algorithms more effectively. The approach enlarges professional vocabulary of a few foreign languages simultaneously. The authors presented modification of training model and algorithm, using associative parameter, which shows the relation of a native word with its foreign equivalents. The training algorithm has been realized in the multilingual computer system Virtual Teacher 1.0 to memorize professional vocabulary.

ICT has become the most dynamically developing spheres of life and of course its influence on education becomes more and more visible. One of the most actual problems of ICT implementation is standartization of knowledge and quality assurance of educational activities. Introduction of internationally recognized standarts is the best solution to it. Common ECDL Syllabus developed by international expert groups makes test result independent of software, country, where the test is taken, sex, education and social status of the candidate. Introduction of ECDL into educational systems of different countries has shown good results and high achievements.
