Spotlight on Early Childhood Program By Donice Wooster

We are celebrating the impact First Community Church Preschool and Mary Evans Child Development Center has on families throughout our community. For almost 70 years, FCC has been a leader in providing nurturing, exciting and creative learning experiences for young children.

Teachers in both programs provide an environment in which young children learn to manage themselves and experience the joy of beginning connections with others. These are wonderful places for young children and their families. As fee-supported ministries, these programs contribute to the overall health and vibrancy of our church.

Special OfferingFamilies who need support to have their children attend our programs benefit from today’s special offering. About 10% of Preschool families and 5% of Mary Evans Center families need some financial aid. We deeply appreciate your support, making it possible for us to have more economic diversity among the families who love the Preschool and the Mary Evans Center.
