Public EventsHome Show - February 7-10A endance: 5,000 - 6,000Open to member and non-member companies, the Home Show brings companies closer to poten al customers. Exhibitors have an opportunity to display and sell goods and services during this four day public event. York Builders Associa on members receive a discount on the cost of their booth.

Chefs on Parade - September 19Parade of Homes - September 21 & 22The Parade of Homes has a proven track record of bringing business to those who par cipate. It places homeowners directly in new and remodeled homes, showcasing the design and construc on skills of YBA builder and remodeler members.

Chefs on Parade was new in 2012 as the kick-off to the Parade of Homes weekend. It was well received by homeowners and par cipants. Local Chefs partnered with select Parade homes to showcase the kitchen along with the chefs culinary crea ons. This event placed upwards of 160 homeowners in the fi ve Chefs on Parade home in one night.

Remodeling Awards of Excellence - AprilA endance: 120 - 140Par cipa ng in the Remodeling Awards of Excellence as a remodeler, specialty trades or sponsor, highlights the company as a leader in the industry. Both entering and sponsoring the event provide the basis for a great marke ng campaign.
