Satchel Sponsorship

This sponsorship option allows your organisation to become the satchel sponsor for the NACCHO Annual Members’

Conference. These quality satchels will be handed to all delegates and exhibitors to be used at the Event and beyond.

The benefits

Your organisation’s logo will be prominently displayed on the event satchel (artwork subject to approval by NACCHO) with the satchel being selected by NACCHO.

Acknowledgement as the satchel sponsor on the NACCHO website with a link to your organisation’s website.

Satchel Insert

$500 (+GST) One company brochure (double sided A4 size) inserted in all delegate’s satchels. Brochures must be supplied by you and pre-approved by NACCHO.

Handbook Advertising This sponsorshop allows for your organsition to advertise in the NACCHO Members’ Conference and Annual General Meeting program handbook. There are three sizes to choose from:

Wi-Fi Sponsorship

This sponsorshop allows for your organsition’s name to be the password for delegates to log in to the Conference

Venue’s Wi-fi. All delgates will will be given the password, inserted in all delegate’s satchel. One company brochure

(double sided A4 size) to be supllied by you and pre-approved by NACCHO.

Pads and Pens Sponsorship

$2,000 (+GST) Only ONE (1) available

Take a firm grasp of this marketing opportunity. Become the pads and pens sponsor at the NACCHO Annual Members’

Conference.

The benefits Your organisation’s logo will be displayed on the pads and pens (art work to be agreed), which are to be placed in

the satchel and received by delegates and exhibitors.

Acknowledgment as the pads and pens Sponsor on the NACCHO website and a link to your organisation’s

website.

Coffee Lounge Trade Exhibition

$4,000 (+GST) Only one (1) available

You will have the opportunity to offer and demonstrate your products and services to all delegates during all morning

and afternoon teas and lunches during the Members’ Conference, being served in the exhibition area. You will have a

lounge area (furniture provided) with a coffee cart and staff included.

Delegates will also be encouraged to visit all trade exhibition booths through the Passport Prize. The Passport Prize will be presented by the Chairperson of NACCHO at the Karaoke Championship Cup Event.

Please note: if you choose to you can use your own branding of keep me promotional coffee cup, which you will

need to provide.

Trade Exhibition Booths

$3,200 (+GST) Twelve (12) available You will have the opportunity to offer and demonstrate your products and services to all delegates during all morning

and afternoon teas and lunches during the Members’ Conference, being served in the exhibition area. Delegates will

also be encouraged to visit all trade exhibition booths through the Passport Prize. The Passport Prize will be presented

by the Chairperson of NACCHO at the Karaoke Championship Cup Event.

One (1) event registration.

1 x Trade Exhibition Booth 3m wide x 2m deep.

2 x 120 watt spotlights.

1 x Name board applied directly to fascia (Black computer cut vinyl lettering at 90mm high on white PVC coated panels 140mm high (max 30 characters).

1 x 240V/4amp general purpose outlet.

Acknowledgement of your organisation on the NACCHO website with a link to your organisation’s website.

Your organisation will receive one complimentary satchel with all the event information and materials.

Booking and Payment Conditions

1. The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services offered by the

NACCHO event and all prices in this document are exclusive of the GST.

2. Sponsorship will be allocated only on receipt of a completed sponsorship application form. A letter of confirmation will provided to confirm the booking, together with a tax invoice for the total required amount.

3. All monies are payable in Australian dollars. Cheques should be made payable to NACCHO and must be drawn

on an Australian Bank. EFT transfers can be arranged and are preferred.

4. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by the due date provided on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in partnership opportunities being offered to an alternate organisation.

5. In the event of the withdrawal of a Sponsorship and/or Exhibition booking, NACCHO should be notified in writing as soon as possible. Please note a refund of fees paid (less a cancellation fee of 50% of the value) will

be made to a Sponsor cancelling a month before the event. No refunds will be made after that date.

6. No Sponsor/Exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their sponsorship/exhibition

package except upon prior consent of the NACCHO.
