ing for many productions a t Milwaukee's Swan Theatre including Light Up The Sky with William Bendin. The Moon Is Blue with Jack Kelly. Mr. Hoffman was a scenic artist a t the famous Berkshire Play- house: he has aluo been associated with the Hawk- hill Playhoue in Wisconsin. While work~ng on his MFA in theatre a t Ohio University, he was a graduate assistant in technical theatre. T V audiences have seen her work on Voice of Flre- stone and in stock, she has ap eared a s Maggie in Brigadoon. Maisie in The J o y Friend, Any- body's in West Side Story and Maggie in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof. among many other roles. Off- Broadway, she has choreographed Come Morning, Streets of Confusion. Sally Gifft i s another new addition to the Little Theatre's staff this season. This past winter, Miss Giff,'s costume8 have been viewed off-Broadway in p.oduct$ons of B y Jupiter. The Servants of Two Masters and Suddenly Last Summer. Last summer a t The Front Theatre in Memphis. she created the costumes for My Fair Lady. Damn Yankees and The Country Wife. At the new Morris Theatre in N. J., Sally has 'ust completed work on The Im- aginary Invalid. h i s s Gifft received her BFA a t Cornell University and was on the staff there a s costume designer from 1959 to 1961. The many off- Broadway productions for which she has designed the coatumes include The Awakem.ng of Spring. BILL HUDNET and VlNCE DE DARlO Assistants to the Producer
Mr. Hudnet and Mr. De Dario spent their first season in Sullivan last summer and joined Mr. Little for the opening of Piccolo Playhouse this past February in Joliet. A former student a t the University of Maryland. Mr. Hudnet hails from Baltimore. He has ap eared a t various theatres in the Washington. D. 8. area and was featured in The Happiest Years with David Nelnon and in Love And Klsses with the Pat O'Brlens this winter a t Piccolo Playhouse. Mr. De Darfo i s a native of Indiana, but received his theatre education a t the Pasadena Playhouse in California. Vince spent a summer a t the Perry Manafield School in Colorado and had three years of little theatre work while in the army. His roles have included Mike in Sunday I n New Yoyk, Luke in Look Homeward, Angel and Freddie In Love Aad KJSS~S with the O'Briens.
As assistants to Mr. Little. Bill and Yince are involved with box office. promotion. props. and scenery, costuming. casting. advertising, and general office work. Later this season, Bill will tour as Hero in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Vince will tour with Mr. Little's production of I r m l a Douce.

Producer Guy 8. Little, Jr. became interested in theatre when he warn five years old a d saw a touring production of Tbe M8rry Wider. W h m he was sixteen, he ma a s c h o l a ~ i p to the Kmne. New Hampshire Theatre and made his debut there in 1951. In 19U and 1 9 s ha returned to the East to appear a t the Gateway Muaical Pfayboun near Atlantic City. He received his B.A. degree in 1956 from the Univarsity of Miami with a major in draaa. While in the Miami area he appeared a t The Ring Theatre in leading roles in Son# d Norway and Juao And The Paycock and sang with the Miami Opera Guild in support of Metropolitan Opera stars. Guy spent two years in New York studying at the American Theatre Wing and tak- ing graduate work a t Columbia University. In 1957 he returned to his native Sullivan and opened The Little Theatre-On The Square which is the only professional theatre between the Chicago area end - St. Louis. During the past eight summer seawns, Mr. Little has presented over seventy musicals ranging from Oklahoma! to My Fair Lady in addi- tion to plays featuring such stars as Joe E. Brown, Marjorie Lord, Margaret Truman. Pat O'Brien, Eddie Bracken. Edward Everett Horton. Peter Pal- mer, Margaret Whiting. Linda Darnell. Marie Wil- son. David Nelson and Rosemarv Prinz. Last sum-

I full scale magic show. The shift to theatre was made during his under- graduate days at Illinois Wesleyan U n i v e r s i t y . After two summer stock seasons in Montana, John discovered Guy S.
Little's theatre in Sullivan. and in the aummer of 1959 manapd to play I8 characters in ten shows. The following winter found him in St. Louis, where he joined the staff of the famed Crystal Palace in Gaslight Square. During several winter and summer seasons there, he appeared in a variety of roles, was in charge of produetiw for A Curious Evenins with Gypsy R o r b e , a night club series featuring Jack E Leonard m d Irwin Corey. and staged revues featuring Barbra Streisand and The Smothers Brothers. For the past ssveral years he has re- turned to the Little Theatre from New York. where he has been on the staff of Equity Library Theatre and The Naw York Shakespaare Festival in Cen- tral Park. I n Sullivan, he has appeared as Hines in Pajama Game, AU Hakim in OUahorpr!, Sol Sch- warts in The Tender Trap. and The Mayor in The M u d e Maa. and has directed Edward Everett Hor- ton, Linda Darnell. Mr. and Mrs. Pat O'Brim. Rosemary Prinr. Pater Palmer, David Nelson and June Blair, and Ann B. Davis.

Gary majored in art and played some foot- ball and bamketball at UCLA. This combina- tion was no more incongruous than the talents he had displayed in high school. At Los Angeles Hi h School where he was a highly competitive athqete, he won all-city honors a s a violinist in orchestral com~etition. Gary didn't switch from oils to grease paint until -his senior year, when he was asked to play the part of Leone in Vofpone.
Following his graduation in 1958, Gary served in the army as a radio announcer. While he was in the service, an agent who had seen him in Volpom, contacted him and arranged u screen test s t Warner Bms. The test took place the day after his discharge and Gary was signed to a term contract.

After her film debut in Force of Impulse. shot in Florida. she was called to Hollywood by the late Jerry Wald for his film, Wild in the Country starring Elvis Presley.
