Chapter 6Educational Activities

Different efforts have been made infuse the AFC mission through work-shops, presentations and a webinar. The topics were general and addressedareas of concern to all employees such as the ones below:

President’s Leadership AcademyThe AFC Broward Chapter ruled the leadership arena this year! We are

After a preliminary selection, leadership training sessions were heldonce a month for eight consecutive months. Participants interacted with promi-nent guest speakers from within and outside of Broward College’s LeadershipAcademy. They also conducted research and presented team projects to ben-efit the college. This was a program of great benefit to this fortunate group ofAFC members who participated.
