Description: Our luxury 4-star Tropicana Lodge is located on the banks of the

Vaal River, 45 minutes from Johannesburg and a mere 5 minutes from the Emerald Resort & Casino

Rates per person run at R 2 900.00 including VAT and Breakfast

For groups we offer 18 Seat Sprinter vehicles @ R 4 000.00 per vehicle per day. This rate includes a dedicated driver with cell phone, fuel, permits, insurance and passenger liability. Airport transfers available.

Pre-Arrival Planning:

Formation of an Operations Team Joint Operations Centre (JOC) at our Sandton,

Johannesburg, offices Consolidation of all Schedules & Itineraries Regular Debriefings TAE ensures excellent driver selections and our Super

Luxury coaches, Quantum vehicles and Baggage vans will be allocated and dedicated to your supporters. It is also suggested that vehicles be branded.

Airport Arrivals:

With final air schedules in hand TAE Operational Team will deploy to OR Tambo International Airport with branded vehicles.

Vehicles will be parked at designated holding areas. TAE team will set up ‘Meet and Greet’ facilities in the

airport arrivals hall Coordinators will call vehicles from holding areas to the

terminal to coincide with groups movement through the airport for a seamless transfer

Thereafter the Operational Management Team will operate from the JOC and ensure the seamless delivery of the Transport Plan
