Data management in manufacturing excellence for weld Shop and Press shop. Looking after the Weld Shop ( MOTOMAN robotics programming & teaching ) Production activities. Knowledge of Quality Control activities like SPC , PDCA,FMEA,In-Process Inspection. Associated in PPAP activities Daily MIS generation Working for improvement of Process performance by analyzing gap in capacity, productivity & process cost Improving Quality problems through 7QC, 4W1H Monitoring MTBF, MTTR and OEE Reducing the Process Cost

a) Cycle Time reduction of Weld Shop Lineb) In-house automations

Identification of 16 losses on production line and there elimination.

Production Engineering & Manufacturing

Time Study Analysis/ Motion Study Analysis. Technology up-gradation or implementing productivity improvement project.
