In the process of creating theatrical scenery, I havelearned how to imitate many realistic surface treatments on a variety of building materials including wood, metal, plastic, foam, and glass. These finishes are a combinationof paint and textures such as joint compound, glue, sawdust, paper, and recycled fibers. More examples aredispldisplayed on the following page.

The images on these pages show some of the unique projects I have painted working in theatre. They show some of the skillsand attention to detail I have acquired over the last few years. My favorite projects are recreations of classic images and paintings,or attempts at shaping objects through trompe l’oeil.
