RE: SSL Stream A Registration for Westhills TES - IR No. 1 - Extension Request
Dear Mr. Wruck,
Upon review of the first round of Information Requests submitted by the BCUC and BCOAPO, we are requesting an extension to the current response deadline of February 12, 2020.
Many of these questions will require a fairly detailed review of historical records as well as familiarizing ourselves with the 1997 RMDM Guidelines (which were introduced in the BCUC IR package). Our in-house counsel, who has been closely involved throughout this entire proceeding, will also be out of town for a 10-day period in the middle of February.
Given the above, we respectfully request that the timetable be revised to accommodate a new IR No. 1 response deadline of February 28, 2020.
