Steve is an advisor to ClickDimensions, Automational, Sellera, FoundryLocal, Gorilla Expense, COMWeb,
Ichor, Umbra Global, Interactive Advantage, and Image Analyzer and a Managing Partner is Virtual
Design Group, a technology strategy and delivery company.
Steve's experience includes a successful track record in creating shareholder value with self-funded and
venture capital funded businesses including founder and CEO of ADS NetTools (Sold to McAfee),
Chairman and CEO of GLUE Communications (Sold to Xcelerate), CEO of Marshal Software USA (sold to
NetIQ), VP Partnerships at PestPatrol (Sold to CA).
Steve is an active investor with investments in include Silverpop\IBM, Oversight Systems, Nexedia,
QCept, and Virtual Design Group as well as the Atlanta Technology Angels Seed Fund.
Steve is a mentor at Atlanta Tech Village, Georgia Tech’s FlashPoint program, and Georgia Tech’s
Advanced Technology Development Center, and an advisor to EGL Holdings and EGL Ventures.
