biz-group; passionate about performance For the last 18 years biz-group has been working with hundreds of business across the ME providing us with a really deep business & cultural understanding of how business operates. We have our head-quarter in Dubai, an office in Abu Dhabi and franchise offices in Qatar & Cairo. Predominantly we train in English language however we have a very strong internal capability to deliver training in Arabic. We are a completely Values driven organisation. Every single business decision that we make is based on our values, even if its sometimes to our competitive disadvantage. We hire them on our values, and we fire on them too. If you cut any of us open you will see the values running through our blood. There are 3 separate divisions that make up biz-group. biz-strategy: We help our clients to develop and perhaps more importantly align to and execute their strategy. We have a strong belief that good strategy is 1% vision and 99% alignment. biz-ability: The mother ship of the organisation founded all the way back in 1993, biz-ability provides in-house customised training & development solutions , specializing in accredited leadership programmes. biz-events: Born in 2004 and has grown at a rapid rate and now by far the largest team building organisation in the Middle East. We manage events for teams of 12 people upto 4,000 people. We have events that can last for half an hour and events that can last for days.TRANSCRIPT
