OUR CURRENT STATE

On our third year of implementing TDM

Operating at 60% automation, working on automating the remaining

40% of manual testing today

What Sparked Our Journey ‘DATA problem’ always existed. Additional complexity was added by the introduction of the

new applications and connections to the various systems which made the situation impossible

It used to take an army to build an environment and provision test data … complex,

cumbersome and costly

Increasing pressure to provision test data without delay as soon as an environment is ready

Built a team of Configuration Management,

Testing and Architecture rock stars

Evaluated Oracle, Informatica and Grid-Tools

(now part of CA Technologies)

Went with CA’s best in class TDM, which allows

us to maintain a lean team of just 4 people

We recognized our ‘DATA

problem’ and decided to

tackle it

We created a focused group

to identify every pain point

and what they mean to our
