    2. Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

    3. Add eggs, chocolate and vanilla; continue beating, scrapingbowl often, until well mixed.

    4. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt.

    5. Beat until well mixed. Stir in oats and chocolate chips by hand.

    6. FREEZE- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2-inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
