Delta 10 Filter (Sand bed depth: 1.0m)Description:The new range of laminated Delta filters has evolved from the PTK filter series. Using new manu-facturing processes, which provides multiple product configuration options.A new 30% larger joint reinforces the seal of both parts of the filter with double security: fibreglass laminated on the inside and high tensile strength composite at the outer union of the filter. All connections are on a thicker base, thus improving resistance. Connection to any valve is also made easier thanks to the re-location of the fittings. The height of the lower part of the filter has been increased in order to strengthen the internal nozzle plate support. Maximum operating pressure 250 kPa, Test Pressure 375 kPa. FILTRATIONCommercial BlowersAir blowers designed to shake the filtration bed during the backwashing process or to supply air wherever required.The blower housing and the impeller are made of a light Aluminium alloy, whereas the shaft is made of S.S. on which the impeller is mounted and dynamically balanced. The 100-120/200-240 V single phase and the 200-240/280-440 V three phase motors at 50/60 Hz for non-stop operation, are manufactured according to the IEC Standards and come with an IP 54 outer protection and an F Class insulation. The pumps can be installed both horizontally and vertically, and as there is no contact between the fixed and movable blower parts, it does not require any lubrication nor maintenance, neither is there any wear and tear.

Pool Heater shall be a Hurlcon HR Series model HR_ _ _ _ rated at _ _ _ _ kW output and _ _ _ _ MJ input. The heat exchanger shall be of copper finned tube with one piece extruded integral fin. The tubes shall be mechanically expanded directly into bronze headers to prevent water leaks from silicone gaskets. Burners shall be stainless steel with venturi design and mixing baffle to ensure even flame distribution along entire length of burner. Marine grade Powder coated panels shall be easily removable for servicing and burner removal. WATER TREATMENT

Heliox UV MP - automatic disinfection for public pools

The Heliox UV MP treatment system has a number of advantages over chemical disinfection systems, since virtually UV light does not alter the physical and chemical composition of water, it is very effec-tive against any type of organism (algae, bacteria, virus, fungi, yeasts, etc.) further minimizing the risks of handling and dosing of hazardous chemicals. Moreover, UV treatment reduces the levels of combined chlorine in the water, thereby producing significant water and energy savings by reduc-ing the volume and frequency of pool water renewals.

Our wide range of industrial electrolysis systems covers self-cleaning equipment of up to 500 grams/hour of Chlorine, which makes it possible to use saline electrolysis to treat the water at any public use facility.

Our Basic range incorporates EX electrodes which provide the highest durability in self-cleaning systems.

The Plus range incorporates a control and automatic dosing equipment for ORP (Redox) and PH which allows for better management of the equipment and provides an excellent water quality at all times.

The Plus Plus range incorporates a Chlorine and pH value control and regulation system.

Main advantages:

Safety: There is no need to store, handle or dose any chemical products and therefore it is a much safer system.

The raw material stored is common salt.

Savings: The introduction of saline electrolysis systems can bring net savings in operating costs of around 50-60%, with respect to traditional systems.

These are supplied as modules of gratings for straight or curved runs (outer radius of 1 or 2 metres). The gratings click together with a male-female pressure fit permitting a certain amount of flexibility in assembly which absorbs any expansion which may occur when the tiles are exposed to heat fluctuations.

For all types of gratings it is necessary to construct the channel 5 mm wider than the grating itself, to allow for ease of removal and for expansion.
