Bob started the Harvest Foundation in 1981 to disciple churches to
disciple their members to, individually and corporately, witness in
their communities through word and the demonstration of
Christ’s love in each member’s respective world – family,
community, school, and work-place. The teaching that Harvest
Foundation does encourages churches to serve with their own
resources rather than depend on gifts from the outside. Harvest
team members do this through teaching, coaching, and mentoring
with the goal that those trained become disciplers of other
churches. Harvest teams have worked in 55 countries across the
world and are currently active in 24 countries.
