Background

Natural crystals were found in the Alps by a group of mountaineers. ILAG collaborated with them to identify the purest crystals to select them for use in cookware products. These crystals were ground down to powder that it can be added to an ILAG coating. All food approvals for the crystal particles were granted to ILAG.
