The workgroup drafted CRC's comment to the CFPB's

Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for t ime-

barred debts. The comment can be found here.

The workgroup prepared a model WFH agreement for

agents/employees as part of CRC's project with state

regulators in an effort to extend and make permanent the

transit ion to WFH perpetuated by COVID-19 .

The workgroup updated CRC's pr ior consent management

project in l ight of the forthcoming CFPB debt col lect ion ru les
