Dance Discovery CampExplore popular styles of dance including hip hop, ballet, jazz, lyrical and modern while making friends and staying in shape. Full Day Ages 7-14

August 14 - 18Hooray For Hollywood! Take a tour through the glitz and glamour of Old Hollywood. Make your mark as actors, directors, and designers while using your talents and today’s technology to bring a brand new story of the Golden Age of Cinema to life. Campers will have a chance to perform in front of family & friends.Full Day Ages 7-14

Visual Art IntensiveCelebrate great contemporary artists like Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Keith Haring, and more in this art intensive week. Explore different styles of the era, like pop art and surrealism, using different media while creating a gallery of art to showcase for family and friends.Full Day Ages 5-14

August 21 - 25Darlington On The High Seas Go under the sea with Darlington! Embark into the deep waters and use music, art, dance, and drama to create a world of underwater creatures, pirates, mermaids, and more. Dive into this exciting week of camp! Full Day: Ages 5-12 Half Day: Ages 3-12

August 28 - 31 STEAM In The Summer Take arts to the next level with Darlington! In this camp you will focus on the creative process through a blend of projects in the arts, sciences, and technology. Come see what you can create in our final week of camp. Please note: this is a 4-day week and cost will be prorated.Full Day: Ages 5-12 Half Day: Ages 3-12

June 19 - 23 Digging With Dinosaurs Travel back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth! Through art, music, dance, and drama, you will explore the Jurassic world. Discover fossils and prehistoric creatures and even walk the steps of a dinosaur. Please note: partial week (Mon., Wed. & Fri.) is available for half day camp at a prorated cost. Half Day Ages 3-6

Imagination ShowcaseGet lost in a world of imagination while learning about acting and exploring tales of yesterday and today!Full Day Ages 5-8

June 26 - 30Exploring Ancient Egypt Taking a page from The Kane Chronicles, travel back to the time of pyramids, Pharaohs and the Sphinx! Go on an expedition through the deserts of Egypt using music, art, dance, and drama to meet the mythical gods and goddesses of the Nile. Full Day: Ages 5-12 Half Day: Ages 3-12

July 5 - 7Myths of Ancient Greece Go on an adventure like Percy Jackson and his friends while you ride Apollo’s chariot through music, art, dance, and drama. Journey to Mt. Olympus as Darlington creates the ancient myths and legends of Ancient Greece. Please note: this is a 3-day week and cost will be prorated.Half Day Ages 3-6

Inventing The Arts Create your own inventions in music, art, dance, and drama! July 31 - August 4The Arts Rock!Get rocking in this week of camp! Recreate rock classics, design your own album cover, learn popular dances and act out your own rock legend. Full Day: Ages 5-12 Half Day: Ages 3-12

Guitar Jam CampDiscover what you can do with your guitar! Learn how to play chords and pick, while learning to play songs as a group. Campers will also enjoy other games and activities with “The Arts Rock!”Full Day Ages 7-14

Summer Camp 2017Camp Creativity Darlington’s Summer Arts Camps inspire students ages 3-14 to think creatively about the world around them and express themselves through the visual and performing arts.

Counselor ProgramsCounselors in Training (Middle School) Enroll in camp for half the day and shadow our counselors for the other half. Campers pay 50% tuition.

Camp Counselors (College & High School)Darlington is looking for energetic, friendly people with an interest in arts education for summer camp! Work closely with professional teaching artists, lead games and activities, and inspire children in a fun environment.
