Within that fuzziness, to understand problems / issues / potentials / opportunities / context / entities / etc. with the aim to find real solutions

The Difference At the end, innovation is all about matching an understandings with capabilities to create value.

Key Learning’s?

There is no care like

Mother care!

Design Thinking may still be young in organizations, but it will need care from top,

Otherwise it will be an orphan!

LEGO are simple yet creative.

In its essence, Design Thinking aim is very clear (Clarity), you need to know how this can be integrated

within the business in a manner that make sense to it and adds value to what its doing.

Leaning is hard, just imagine re-learning!

With Design Thinking you (they) need to have the mindset to accept challenging what you already know.

Look at it as way to have fresh perspectives on what you used to know and enjoy the learning.

Time is the most valuable element.

Embracing Design Thinking as a change takes time, be patient! Change need motivation, ability and the context to support it.

Peanuts are good for the heart.

Its does not take a lot of money to have validated customer opportunities.

You (they) just need to have the mindset to accept that!

Languages are different, but the aim is similar.

Try to make Design Thinking relevant by using the same language your stakeholder speak. The end goal is that Design Thinking makes the impact and everyone can understand and communicate.

Think of it as the brain that make sense of what we see.

Wisdom is an act.

No matter what you know, unless you act, there will be no value! The same goes to all the insight and learning you get from the Design Thinking, you have to make

it actionable to your organization.

Design Thinking is all about facilitating the change with others, helping to make clarity to the situations,

so they can contribute evenly to find the solutions. Its about the WE not the ME!
