    The D23 Expo unolds on three foors o the Anaheim Convention Center the show-

    oor, the second oor and the third oor, where the 750-seatWalt DisneyStudios Theater will be home to the latest discussion panels and screenings rom

    The Walt Disney Studios. And in the 4,000-seat D23 Arena, youll nd some o the D23

    Expos most eagerly awaited presentations.

    EXHIBIT HALL HOURS OF OPERATION

    GENERAL SHOwFLOOR HOURS: D23 Expo showfoor hours or Halls A, B and C areThursday, September 10 through Sunday, September 13 rom 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Additional ater-hours programming will take place on the second and third foors othe Convention Center, where Stage 23, Storytellers Theater, the Walt Disney StudiosTheater and more are located. The D23 Expo Dream Store closes at 6 p.m., Thursday

    through Saturday, and at 5 p.m. on Sunday. The Anaheim Convention Center will remainopen until midnight, although guests will not have access to the showfoor or D23 ExpoDream Store during those hours.D23 MEMBER-ExCLUSIVE HOURS: D23 Members may enter the exhibit halls at 8 a.m., a ullhour beore the general public. The D23 Member wristband is required or admittance.

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Automatic Tellers (ATMs):Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are available in

    locations throughout the Anaheim Convention Center.

    Costume Inormation: All event attendees including adults may attend theD23 Expo in costume. Please adhere to the ollowing guidelines: (1) Costumes shouldbe amily-riendly and may not be obstructive, oensive or violent. (2) Guests may wear

    masks; however they must not obstruct vision, and eyes must be visible at all times. (3)Guests may not pretend they are an ocial Disney Character. Creating lines or collectingmoney or pictures and/or signed autographs is not permitted. (4) Costumes should notdrag on the ground. (5) Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects ormaterials that may accidentally strike another guest. (6) Costumes should not contain

    any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken or an actual weapon. Guestswho do not adhere to these guidelines may be reused entry into the event unless hisor her costume can be modied to meet the above standards. The appropriateness oguest costumes will be determined by Disney in its sole discretion.

    First Aid: First aid stations are located in the Main Lobby between Hall A and Hall B, theArena Lobby and on the third foor.

    Lost and Found: Please nd a D23 Expo or Anaheim Convention Center stamember to direct you to the Lost and Found. You may also call the Lost and Found at

    (714) 765-8950 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

    Lost Children: Please arrange in advance a meeting place and time in the eventthose in your party become separated. We are unable to page or separated party

    members. The Baby Care Center & Lost Children Center is located on the second fooro the convention center in room 208A.

    Photography: Where designated, the use o any o the ollowing equipment o anykind is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent o D23 Expo management:camera equipment; camera fashes or strobes; video cameras, including cellphone

    video technology; and audio recording equipment. Any person using or attemptingto use any such equipment may, at the sole discretion o D23 Expo management, besubject to removal rom the venue and may be reused entry to other events sponsoredby or aliated with D23 Expo management or The Walt Disney Company. D23 Expomanagement reserves the right to conscate any photographs, audio recordings and/or

    video taken in violation o this policy.

    Smoking Policy: The Anaheim Convention Center is a non-smoking acility. Smokingis only allowed on designated balconies, terraces and other exterior areas o the acility.

    Strollers and Wheelchairs: ScooterBug is proud to provide strollers, wheelchairsand electric scooters or guest rental at the D23 Expo. There will be designated areas orparking strollers or presentations and seminars. Please do not leave any valuables with

    your stroller; the D23 Expo is not responsible or lost, stolen or damaged items.

    Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) will provide transportation services to all event partici-pants. ART will operate rom the Anaheim Convention Center to all participating hotels,including Disneys Grand Caliornian Hotel, Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier.

    D23 ART HOURS OF OPERATION VIA CONVENTION CENTER

    AND EAST ESPLANADE

    ART service is available rom 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Thursday, September 10 to Sunday,September 13. Buses operate on 20-minute intervals.

    ART IS A FARE-BASED SYSTEM AND OFFERS SEVERAL WAYS TO

    PURCHASE PASSES:

    ART Web site at www.RideART.org

    Front Desk of all participating ART properties in the greater

    Anaheim Resort area. ART kiosks, located at 13 convenient locations, accept cash,

    ATM and credit card transactions (see acing page).
