We live in an era of exponential change
and complexity, triggered by scientific and
technological advances. Previously, leaders
could determine cause and effect and use this
understanding to predict outcomes, allowing
them to set goals, plan, and coordinate
execution. In today’s complex world, however,
cause and effect are more obscure and
outcomes ambiguous. Consequently, the old
rules don’t apply.

The Disrupt & Transform Program is designed for:
Development is supported by interactions with a diverse network of peers and experts who challenge and support leaders’ capacity to think, feel and act with intention and impact. Participants become part of a peer consulting group that meets every other month. Members are invested in one another’s success and ensuring sustained growth and real-world impact.
High-Caliber High-Trust Peer Community
Members develop a strong relationship with a Personal Leadership Advisor (PLA) who facilitates the member’s transformative experience by serving as executive coach, guide, and Peer Consulting Group leader. The PLA works with the member to craft and execute a development plan, including programs, experiences and relationships. PLAs are master coaches and advisors with a Ph.D. or M.B.A. and 15-20 years of experience working with C-suite executives.
Personal Leadership Advisor
Accelerated, step-change, development does not occur without some catalytic experience. The Disrupt & Transform Program shakes leaders out of their typical, day-to-day experience, exposing them to big and new ideas, engaging them in deep thinking about their personal and business opportunities, and energizing them to tackle those opportunities with purpose and courage.
