Procedure

Pour 100 ml of water from the graduatedcylinder to the beaker

Fold paper towel in half the long way

Make qualitative and quantitative observations

Put paper towel in the water. Lean it against the side of the beaker. Start stop watch immediately

Let water move for 1 minute exactly

Immediately take paper towel out after 1 min,lay on counter, and immediately measure thedistance the water traveled in centimeters
