Englewood  Cliffs  Cadillac  Treats  Customers  to  Technology  Clinic    As  part  of  its  never-­‐ending  dedication  to  customer  service,  Englewood  Cliffs  Cadillac  recently  held  a  clinic  to  help  its  customers  learn  more  about  Cadillac’s  CUE  technology,  which  served  to  highlight  and  revisit  common  functions  and  provide  additional  tips.    “Our  mission  as  the  area’s  premier  Cadillac  dealership  is  to  ensure  that  our  customers  are  completely  satisfied  not  only  when  they  come  in  to  purchase  a  car,  but  for  the  duration  of  their  ownership,”  said  Vatche  Kevorkian,  sales  manager  at  Englewood  Cliffs  Cadillac,  which  is  co-­‐owned  by  Jessie  Armstead,  fellow  former  New  York  Giants  Antonio  Pierce  and  automotive  veteran  Mike  Saporito.    CUE  is  designed  to  give  the  Cadillac  user  interface  the  same  ease  of  use  as  smartphones  or  tablets,  while  providing  a  safe-­‐while-­‐connected  driving  experience.  Natural  Voice  Recognition  and  responsive  touch-­‐screen  technology  allow  users  to  access  the  system  from  three  points  in  the  vehicle,  including  the  steering  wheel.  Additionally,  software  can  be  upgraded  during  the  life  of  the  vehicle,  so  CUE  will  never  become  outdated.
