Gautam ate all the time. At home, he ate cream biscuits, cakes and oily chips. Gunjan, his elder sister, told him, “Stop eating so much. You will burst!” Gautam would laugh, and eat more junk food. Soon his clothes became too tight. He couldn’t run fast. He started getting tired.

Gautam’s mother took him to the doctor. The doctor made a healthy food chart for him. “Exercise every day, Gautam. You will soon be full of energy again,” he said. Gautam wasn’t so sure, but he decided to try hard.

That evening, Gautam ate fruit salad. He enjoyed it! Instead of sugary drinks, he started drinking lemonade and lassi. Gautam exercised every day. He soon became fit and was full of energy.
