Main Screen (position selected)

Using the position selection bar, the user can quickly view items ordered for a specific position (p1 selected on the position selection bar).

When this view is selected, all items ordered will be assigned to position 1.

Main Screen (no position selected)

When ordering items, users will have the option of ordering for the table (All button on the position selection bar [selected by default]) or ordering by position (see below).

With All selected, the user can view all of the items ordered for the table.

Along with a new, graphical seating manager, QuadraNet Point of Sale v5 has a fine-tuned ordering screen.

We understand that, in a busy restaurant environment, it is important to keep button clicks to a minimum. That is why we have spend a long time refining the most regularly used screens to ensure ease of use, without adversely affecting functionality.

Transfer by Position

Using the familiar position selection bar, the user can quickly isolate and transfer items from one specific position to another table.

Prix Fixe by Position

Using the familiar position selection bar, the user can make sure that the right items are combined to create the correct Prix Fixe menu selections at the time of payment.

Split Bill by Position (1)

With a single button click [Split by Position], the user can now automatically split items out into individual bills based on position.

Split Bill by Position (2)

The user also has the option of using the position selection bar to fine tune their split bill selections.

The QuadraNet Point of Sale payment screens allow you to print a bill and take a payment in seconds (which is probably all you need most of the time). But, when you do need deposits, service charges, loyalty, vouchers, mulitple currencies and split bills, they are all just a button click away.

PMS Integration

QuadraNet Point of Sale integrates with several PMS solutions, including Micros Fidelio and Guestline. Along with basic room posting, this integration also supports credit limits, multiple folios per room and extensive revenue centre mapping.

Fixed discounts now include loyalty card point redemption and promotional discounts, making all promotional activity easier to track and control.

Users can still let the system decide the best combinations, but they also now have the option of highlighting and combining items to ensure that the right combinations are achieved. Added to the fact that the items can now also be filtered by position, this enhanced functionality ensures that every bill is always 100% accurate.

From any terminal, users can select whether they want to report on a specific revenue centre, category or item class. They can also add a filter (by waiter, section or terminal). This increased flexibility allows them to create exactly the report they require.

As with all Front of House reports, Sales Reports can be printed from the local dispense printer.
