Description

FAIRCRETE W(SPL) is a special polymer based innovative multi

purpose plasticizer and specially developed for semi dry concrete

mixes. The special polymer and plasticizer can be used in many

ways to obtain dense high strength durable concrete.

FAIRCRETE W(SPL) fully exploits the accelerates hydration of

cement resulting in higher early strengths and shorter curing time.

Uses FAIRCRETE W(SPL) is suitable for manufacturing concrete

products.

Ideal for block, paver mix and concrete bricks.

It can be used with all types of Portland cement like OPC, PPC,

SRC and GGBS.

Physical Appearance : Pale

Yellow to brown liquid.

pH : 6

(minimum)

Chloride content : < 0.2 %

as per IS 9103

Packing & Dosage

Packing : 1, 5, 10, 50,100,200 kg carboys.

Dosage : FAIRCRETE W(SPL) can be added at a dosage 0.6

% to 1.5 % by weight of cementitious material. Other dosages

may be used in special cases according to specific job site

conditions.
