One of its main features is the use of sweet and salty flavours in its dishes as it is the case of couscous or Tajine, an exquisite fusion of nuts, vegetables, beef and spices, which makes of the gastronomic experience in Morocco a long-lasting memory for your senses.

Extended insurance: An insurance offered with greater coverage than the free insurance included, offered by FRS to travellers.

Summary of guarantees of the policy nº 698/427 subscribed by FRS

1. Transport and medical repatriation in the event of illness or accident of Holder to a medical centre duly equipped or to his country or place of residence.

2. Medical assistance (hospital admission expenses, surgical operations, medical fees, nursing care and pharmaceutical costs) in the event of illness or accident of the Holder abroad (up to €3,000,00 maximum). In Spain (up to €1,200,00 maximum).

3. Journey and accommodation of a companion of the Holder in hospital in case of illness or accident (resident in the country or place of residence of the Holder to his choice):

- Journey to the place where he was admitted to hospital (and return)

- Accommodation: up to €42.00/day with a maximum limit of €420.00 or ten days.

4. Extension of the stay of the Holder displaced, in the event of illness or accident and always due to medical prescription (up to €42.00/day with a maximum limit of €420.00 or ten days).

Cancellation insurance: Insurance offered to the client in case of cancellation of travel.

Cancellation expenses (up to 100% of the amount contracted)

1. Cancellation expenses of the travel

This guarantee shall be valid from the date of the contracting of the trip and shall terminate upon the beginning of the boarding in the collective transport to be used for such trip. It shall only be valid when contracted at the same time as the trip object of the insurance.

The Company shall refund up to the limit established in the Special Conditions, the cancellation expenses of the trip invoiced to the Holder under the general conditions of sale of the supplier insofar as the trip is cancelled before its beginning and for one of the following causes arising after the subscription of the insurance hindering the development of the trip on the dates contracted:

a) Serious illness, serious physical accident or death of the Holder or his family members.

b) Cancellation of trip of the person accompanying the Holder being insured by this same contract insofar as this cancellation is due to one of the causes listed above and insofar as the Holder has to travel on his own o when the Holder is a minor or disabled. Should the Holder decide to travel on his own, all additional expenses for any Single supplement shall be covered.

c) Serious damages in his habitual place of residence or secondary residence or in professional premises of which he may be owner or the tenant rendering them uninhabitable or at serious risk of greater damages justifying his presence.

d) Theft of documents or luggage up to 24 hours before the beginning of the trip which may prevent the Holder from making it.

e) Incorporation to a new job in a different company not belonging to the same group of companies with an employment contract.

f) Unexpected and mandatory transfer to a different workplace located in a different Autonomous Community to that of his residence and for a period of more than three months.

g) Dismissal of the Holder.

h) Call of the Holder upon request of Government or Autonomous Communities Official Bodies.

i) Adoption of a child.

AccommodationFRS shall not be liable if a convention, event, congress shall change at any time to a hotel of a lower category responding to a government request of the different countries, returning the difference. Likewise, a programmed excursion may be replaced by another.

Supplements There are high season, single or transfer supplements at special hours among others. These supplements may vary depending on the dates, destinations and accommodation selected. ChildrenChildren share rooms with adults with a maximum of 2 children per room. There will be a surcharge for any additional room.

Bank holidays The usual opening hours of transportation, shops, shows, etc... may vary during bank holidays specific to the different countries and cities, and they may even close without prior notice. It may take longer than usual to enter such places due to the flow of customers. Also, such bank holidays may alter the traffic and make transfers longer. If there are any streets closed due to traffic which do not permit access to the hotel, luggage handling from the point of arrival shall be borne by the customer.

TheftsFRS is not liable for any loss that customers may suffer due to any crime during their travel or stay at the destination. Li-kewise, the crime must be notified to the local administrative or police authorities.

Early return If you have the hotel before the end date due to reasons of force majeur, FRS does not undertake to give refunds.
