Puka Room

Lined with native New Zealand timber, the Puka Room caters for up to 150 delegates and is located on the first floor of the main lodge, adjacent to the lounge bar. The Puka Room is spacious and heated/cooled with air conditioning and can be adapted to meet any requirements including vehicle access to the room.

Rata Rooms 1 and 2

The versatile Rata Rooms can cater for up to 50 guests and are the ideal venue for smaller meetings or breakout space.

They are situated on the ground floor of the main lodge, adjacent to the lobby and interconnect with each other. There is outside access from both rooms to the surrounding patio.

Royal Puka Apartment

The ultimate in venues for a small, intimate meeting or private function. The prestigious Royal Puka Apartment is hidden away in complete privacy amongst the native bush land and offers a spacious lounge, kitchen, en-suite and spacious deck, across 2 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 separate bedrooms.

Event Manager

Working with our experienced team, your Event Manager will liaise with you from your initial contact right through to your departure; they are someone who will listen to you and share your vision and someone capable of ensuring every last detail is arranged perfectly.

With a choice of room set up from Boardroom, Classroom, Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet Style, your conference is tailor made to suit your style and needs.

Technical Features

To suit your needs your main conference or meeting room is inclusive of lectern and microphone, PA system, IPod connection, floor mount data projector and screen, whiteboard and flipchart.

Should you require any additional AV or digital equipment please enquire with the Event Manager.

Internet Access

High speed wireless is available throughout the main building. Alternatively we can supply dedicated wireless hotspots for your conference needs. Fees do apply.

Business Services

Business services can be arranged through the Event Manager. These can include secretarial services, courier and photocopying.
