Well done to David Cunningham whoscored 50 runs. The 1st XI played against astrong Weston team at Weston, and did notwin despite a spirited performance.
They fared much better against Grace Col-lege, to whom they lost earlier in the year.
Grace College 1st XI batted first, putting upa challenging total - Hermannsburg passedtheir score, despite losing five wickets in fiveovers, before the remaining batsmen rallied, hitting somebeautiful boundaries and settingup Hermannsburg to win by three wicketswith an over in hand.
In the primary school, a mixed age-groupteam played a home game against GreytownJunior. Greytown scored 55 runs in their 20overs, Hermannsburg replying with 55 in 12overs (Eric Ortmann 45) to win the match.Well done to the Hermannsburg team.
