RECRUITMENT PROCESS

HACKETT SECURITY strives to find the “right” person for the job. Quality selection of our security

personnel are of utmost importance as it makes or breaks our commitment to provide top

service for our clients. That is why we implement these three basic but rigorous recruitment

methods:

1. Screening: is carried out well and undergoes several processes to ensure objectives

impartiality.

2. References: are taken up seriously, as we look at the service record and school

records for younger applicants.

3. Selection: is made based on the client’s needs, as we look in details at your

organization’s profile and the specific demands made by the environment in which

you operate.

Every Hackett Security candidate goes through a three-phase selection and review process

that evaluates character, dependability, professionalism, education and trustworthiness.

During this process we also review their residential, employment and personal histories.

This entire process ensures that we hire quality guards and meet Hackett Security’s high

standards of excellence. Lastly, it is Hackett Security’s policy to recruit and hire officers and

guards locally. We believe that there is value in reducing officer commuting time. Hiring local

officers and guards also allows us to add more staff quickly and efficiently, should the need

arise.
