It is not really a model, BUT there is a model and a host of theories implicit in the model's structure and content.

H2cm is an open conceptual space.

What this model of care is ALL about ...

This slide in the presentation was intentionally blank. An opportunity to stress and explain the application of the model – in supporting openness, non-judgemental, fresh perspectives, +ve regard. And a reminder of the need for self-reflection and self-awareness. There are no boundaries, barriers beyond the values that influence and shape individual and professional practice.
