Foreword Breeman International Supplies has been specialized in lifting and hoisting equipment. In this branch Breeman is developing, designing and building various products. This can either be standard products or custom made products. This brochure gives information about lifting frames, cranes, pneumatic hooks, grabs, winches and hydraulic cylinders. These products can de custom-tailored to meet special demands. For example different Safe Working Loads or a different usage of the end product. Every application has its own requirements and needs another set of product specifications.

Vacuum hoisting frames The application of vacuum hoisting frames in transshipment has several possibilities. Products like paper rolls and steel pipes can be lifted using vacuum. An advantage of hoisting with vacuum is saving time through quick engagement and release of goods. This leads to improved productivity and reduced costs.

Conventional hoisting frames A conventional hoisting frame is a device which is used worldwide and can be used in various ways. These hoisting frames are very reliable and have a low maintenance budget. The hoisting frames can be fitted with different hooks and are delivered with a Safe Working Load of choice. A conventional hoisting frame with a SWL of 100 mt can be used in several different ways. The total load can be lifted is 100 mt, but the arrangement of the load can vary. Various hoisting configurations are explained in the user manual of the hoisting frame delivered by Breeman.

Special hoisting frames The application of combined techniques and progress by developing new technologies and applications makes it virtually impossible to apply standard products. The traditional rope with a hook is increasingly being replaced by advanced lift systems specially designed for the specific application. Therefore Breeman designs custom-tailored hoisting frames to meet special requirements. The customer can choose from magnetic frames, clamping frames, pneumatic frames, but also the pallet frame or granite frame.

Pneumatic hoisting hooks Using pneumatic lifting hooks can lead to a drastic reduction in personnel. Previously there were two teams needed for loading and unloading with lifting hooks. Using pneumatic hooks only one team is needed. The pneumatic lifting hooks open automatically at the desired time and removes the need for manually unhooking the load. Unhooking can be done one by one or simultaneously using a remote control. Hoisting slings will no longer hang and there is less chance of accidents.

Hydraulic cylinders A high standard of hydraulic cylinders is achieved through a carefully controlled production process of all parts. The cylinders that have been developed have a stroke of 10 meters and have a pull of 175 mt and a pressure of 220 mt. Breeman cylinders are manufactured and assembled in house. Each cylinder is comprehensively checked and thoroughly tested to meet our rigorous quality standards.
