Howdy Sweaty TX Man Triathletes and Horse Rustlers!

Welcome to “Triathlon City, TX,” home of the Texas Man Triathlon!

Hoping you have a GREAT day! The swim is flat! Bike ride, well, it’s “testy!” The run offers plenty of shade and wild animal viewing opportunities! In 2018, photos of panda’s, tigers, lizards, tics, and Crampasorises showed up on social media following the event!

If you have a nice time, please tell you friends! If you have a rotten time, call Dan Jones, 1-800-whereisturnaround?

Love, Tom Ryan, Class of 1977, Voted the 11,256,001 Most Handsome Man in TX, Suspended 68 Days in High School, Stylish to a Fault, Eye Candy (duh) and Useless Figure Head (confirmed)

Know Your Race Courses• It is the responsibility of each competitor to know their course.• The bike course is open to traffic but will have local police present to

direct traffic. The roads have a large shoulder to ride.• On the bike, remember to pass only on the left and ride to the far right of

the lane line.• Do not follow the bike in front of you and pay attention to the course

signs as they could be doing another distance.• You may not remove your bike from transition until race officials

determine it is safe for vehicles to leave the park.• The run course is on park trails and roads and is mostly under the canopy

of trees. Please make sure to keep hydrated and run on the left side of the trail.

• Dallas Athletes Racing will take every precaution to ensure the course is marked and turn marshals are present.

• Race Numbers will be provided in your packet, a bike number to be attached with self adhesive closure and is to be placed on the top tube of

the bike and a running bib to be worn during your run on the front. If you
