LONG TERM PROJECTPROJECT GNL-3Z, ARZEW - ALGERIA

Fagioli was awarded by Saipem to perform the transport, lifting

and installation of reactors, columns for a the GNL-3Z gas plant at

Arzew, Algeria. The project is a combination of freight forwarding,

shipping, heavy transport and lifting activities with the use of Fagioli

state-of-the art equipment: towerlift and strand jacking system; an

LR1750 and an LR1300 crawler cranes were employed to install

57 Items; 64 axle lines Spmt’s were used for the hauling activi-

ties; gantry cranes were required to install jetty pipe racks; Fagioli

vessel executed the unloading of concrete beams onto the jetty.

The items moved and hoisted consisted of weights of up to 1100

ton

One of these challenging operations is reported in these pictures showing thetransport of a 970 ton column with an overall length of 53 mts from quay un-loading point up to site, the lifting of the item by means of towerlift and strandjacks system (supported by Fagioli crawler crane LR 1750) and final position-ing with a 20 degrees rotation. For the transport operation Fagioli used 36 axleline Spmts’ with a tailing frame connected to the item skirt. The main equipmentused for the erection was a tower system composed of two towers and twocrosshead beams on top; a jacking unit made up by two jack support beamsequipped with n.° 4 L600 strand jacks; a rigging unit together with a 750 toncapacity crawler crane.

EXTENSION OF A REFINERYFagioli were commissioned to perform the heavy transport and liftingactivities for the extension of a huge refinery in the North of Italy. Thiskind of challenging long term project is where Fagioli with its vast rangeof equipment and professional personnel, feels at home!LR1750 crawler crane, Spmt’s axle lines, tower lift and strand jackingsystem, a tailor made tailing structure, skid shoes ... are the main high-tech equipment used to execute the various installation operations withinthe refinery. The most impressive operation was the transport, lifting and final posi-tioning of a 1900 t reactor, 56 m high with a diameter of 5,4 m. Fagioliprepared a tailor made structure used to perform the tailing operationduring the hoisting phase. The structure was composed byn. 1 tailing frame;n. 1 jack support beam assembly;n. 2 strand jacks L600 and computer system;n. 4 skid Shoes to allow the translation of the tailing frame.Fagioli used an unguyed towerlift system, 80 meters high, with 4 strandjacks L600 mounted on top of it.

The reactor was pushed in a horizontal way by the tailing structure skid-ding on the tracks and lifted at the same time in vertical position by thestrands. Once the item was completely held by theTowerlift, it was low-ered onto foundations. This was only one of the several activities per-formed on site by Fagioli. The lifting and installation of reactors rangingfrom 80 to 415 tons were executed with the LR 1750 crawler crane, 750t capacity; the lifting and assembling of a furnace with the three sectionsassembled one on top of the others by means of 112 axle lines Spmt’sand the towerlift system. While the strand jacks lifted the section, theSpmt’s loaded with another section “slid” under the suspended one. Themaximum weight of the whole structure was about 2500 t.A challenging project like this involving so many specialized activities, re-quired a great and experienced team!

JACKET LOAD OUT 5

Once the jacket was assembled, Fagioli prepared the tracks for the

skidding operation. The jacket with a length of 125 mts, 35 mts wide

and 60 mts high, was skidded for 250 mts onto skid shoes positioned

onto tracks.

Fagioli used 12 reinforced skid shoes (with a capacity of 1000 ton

each) to move the 6600t jacket onto the barge. This impressive and

unique load out operation was executed in two days.

LOAD OUT OF A 6600 TON JACKETOne of the most challenging project recently performed by Fagioli was the load out of a gigantic offshore jacket weighing about 6600 tons.Fagioli performed the assembling of the different sections (4), roll up operationsby means of crawler cranes. A foggy day was the mysterious set-ting for the spectacular lifting operation shown in the below picture which was performed using both the LR 11350 and the LR 1750 crawlercranes. The two cranes were positioned one in front of the jacket section and the other on the right hand side, moving parallel to the item. A com-bined and synchronized roll-up operation allowed the lifting of the 650 ton sections while two strand jacks (300 ton capacity each) were used tostabilize the entire structure and the hoisting procedures. Each section was hoisted and joined together with the rest of the jacket.

OLYMPIC NATIONAL

6 OLYMPIC NATIONAL STADIUM IN KIEV

On 18 April 2007, the joint Poland/Ukraine bid to co-

host the 2012 UEFAEuropean Football Championship

was chosen by UEFA, setting in train the current of the

redevelopment of the Olympic National Stadium in-

volving the demolition and rebuilding of the lower tier,

a completely new west stand with a two-level press box

(or luxury boxes) between the two tiers and the addition

of a 13-story high rise building to the west. The capac-

ity of the stadium after this reconstruction will be 69,004

and in recognition of the stipulation that the entire seat-

ing area must be covered, a completely new roof and

support structure is now being constructed.

In January 2010,Fagioli was selected for the supply, in-

stallation and operation of a hydraulic strand jack sys-

tem to lift the cable net structure, identified as the

“Biglift”, and a system of tension guys to stabilize the

structure during construction.

The outer columns and the compression ring fabrica-

tions were installed in a carefully controlled sequence

that ensured integrity of the structure as construction

progressed.

The main cables are delivered to site in coils. The ten-

sion ring structure is laid out in position at pitch level

then bolted into various clamping devices.

The main tension ring and radial cables pre-assembled ready for lifting

The radial cables are then laid on temporary timber trestles and connected to the tension ring. Finally, hanger cables are connected between the upperand lower radial cables to complete formation of the “net”.The concept of lifting a roof of this nature is quite a departure from the general heavy lifting ofstructures - it requires a system that connects to and lifts each and every radial cable - on this project, 80 radial cables had to be lifted, each one with apair of hydraulic strand jacks and an independent pump – in total 160 jacks and 80 pumps. The complete system of jacks and pumps is linkedby cables to computers that allow the lift controller to operate the jacks simultaneously in specific groups or individually at each of the 80 axes.

The computer control cabin was located on the stadium pitch and personnel used radios to com-municate.Lifting of the cables followed a detailed sequence designated by the Engineer involvingsome 42 steps. The jacks were split into 4 distinct groups so that lifting could be carried out se-lectively end-to-end or side-to-side; this ensured that strains on the permanent steel structure didnot exceed designed limits.

At the start of the lift, the guys were located above

the tension ring however, as the ring was elevated, it

came into contact with the guys, which were then se-

lectively detensioned, relocated below the tension

ring, and re-tensioned.

Lifting of the cables continued to the point where the

fork-ends connectors of the upper radial cables were

approximately in final position. The jacks were then

operated individually to make the final adjustment so

that the close tolerance pins could be inserted secur-

ing the cable to the structure.

On completion of the upper radial cables, the lower

cables were tensioned and pinned providing rigidity

to the whole structure. Finally, a flexible membrane

covering will be installed along with access structures

and lighting equipment to complete the roof.

Fagioli’s work on site started on 18 January 2011 and

the last pin was installed, completing the Biglift on 15

April. Temperatures were sub-zero for much of Janu-

ary through March with night-time temperatures often

dropping as low as -18°C. Working on the upper com-

pression rings, 45 m above pitch level was particularly

arduous when snow combined with strong winds and

low temperatures and operations involving the use of

the hydraulic systems had to be suspended when oil

temperatures fell below -10°C.!

The structure was stabilized by 7 x 50 tonne capacity guys, 100 mlong on each side of the stadium.

PROJECT LOGISTICS

8 PROJECT LOGISTICS

Fagioli is proud of the continued development demonstrated by the award of contracts in the Maghreb and North African areas. In Algeria the hugecontract for the shipping of materials for the GNL-3Z project for Saipem has come to its maximum peak in terms of operational activities with thetransport, lifting and final installation of the bigger pieces. Working in the area gave us the opportunity to be contracted for some other local for-warding and heavy transport and lifting activities. The contract awarded for El-Merk site is almost at the end and it included hundreds of heavy trans-ports with the unloading operation being performed at Gabes port in Tunisia from where the heavy transport convoys proceeded to their finaldestination in Algeria (See pictures above and below on the left)

In the Middle East, which is another important market for Fagioli, have

been contracted to carry out the most demanding scope this huge project

in Al Jubail (Saudi Arabia)

The project started out in early 2011 and it involves the shipping of mate-

rial originating from all over the world. The whole project is managed by

the Milan office with the local assistance of our expatriate team who are

taking care of all the documentation, custom clearance and local trans-

port activities. (See picture below)

PROJECT LOGISTICS 9

Fagioli arranged the equipment for the transportation of reactors from

Jubail Industrial port to Satorp Jubail 2 Project site. 30 mt was the length

of each reactor with a relevant weight of about 1100 tons each.

64 axle lines Spmt’s were used to cover the route to site (more than 20

kmts).

Remaining in the Middle East area we would like to mention two con-tracts awarded in Abu Dhabi (UAE) by a local Epc contractor for thetransport and forwarding of material mainly originating from Europe andMiddle East. This project called “Asab 3 Central Degassing Station con-cerns the shipment of 70.000 freight units, including the use of localbarges from Mussafah to site.

10 PROJECT LOGISTICS

Fagioli is more and more involved in the transport of humanitarian aidas well as performing emergency services all around the world. Milanoffice was awarded the transport and shipping of the South Africanarmy equipment destined to Kutum, Sudan. The items (about 5.000freight units) originated from South Africa and were transported to Dur-ban port . Due to political turmoil the material left the port after fourmonths. The equipment was eventually loaded onto a dedicated ro-rovessel which performed a direct journey to Port Sudan. In La Spezia port Fagioli was asked to provide the best shipping solu-tion for three rail wagons equipped with a crane destined to the portof Algiers in Algeria. Maximum length of the wagons were 19 meterswith a weight of 25 tons (See pictures on the right)

Another important area for our developing business market is Canada. Alberta's oil sands are the largest known reserve of oil on earth, with be-tween 1.7 and 2.5 trillion barrels of non-conventional oil and of course this kind of business is extremely important for our kind of activity. We havejust been awarded two projects in the northern area of Edmonton, Fort Mackay. The economy of this area is centered around the developmentof the Athabasca oil sands to the immediate south and north of Fort MacKay. The first contract is an upgrading of a plant, with a forecasted ship-ment of about 14.000 f.u. The second one is a smaller but is still challenging due to the fact that all deliveries are performed on a just on time re-quest. Materials originates from all over the North America area as well as the Far East, especially for what concerns the heavy items weighingup to 200 ton. Fagioli has two registered offices, in Calgary and the Newfoundland and we are working to increase our presence in these areas

The goods are shipped to the site in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. As a result of the flexibility of the Fagioli structure we were able to meet with the clientsrequirement to incorporate both companies engineering departments enabling them to work closely together and become partner from the outsetof the project. As a matter of fact Fagioli personnel worked from our client offices in Abu Dhabi, for the coordination and organization of the wholeproject. A huge amount of trailers , almost 1500, were used for the transport of the materials to Saudi Arabia for the insulation operation of the pipesand return to site in the U.A.E. The project started operationally in October 2010 and should last one year.In Bahrain, the “Bapco” project involves the replacement of Steam Turbo Generators at two power plants for a total freight units of about 6.000 ton.(See pictures below)

Freight forwarding activity is very bustling in the head office with the ship-ping of 10 storage tanks for petrochemical products and heavy steel ma-terials for a total weight of about 3.000 ton destined to Cameroon. Seepicture on the left

PROJECT LOGISTICS 11

is a Latin expression which means “Rome, capital of the world” and isthe city where you can breathe the art and the genius of the western cul-ture ….our Roman branch is quite famous for its exceptional projects re-lated to this unique town. Fagioli was awarded the transport andforwarding of the artifacts destined to the main art and cultural exhibitionsheld in Rome. Recently Fagioli performed the shipping activities of thefollowing exhibitions: “TAMARA DE LEMPICKA” (15) and “ REGIONI ETESTIMONIANZE D’ITALIA” dedicated to the 150 years celebrations ofItalian unity.1861, Italy is born: “The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies have ap-proved; we have sanctioned and hereby promulgate as follows: SingleArticle - King Victor Emmanuel II assumes for himself and his successorsthe title of King of Italy. We order that this document herewith, furnishedwith the Seal of State, be placed in the body of the government Acts, and that whosoever is bound to do so, observe and ensure the obser-vation of this Law. From Turin, 17 March 1861.” These are the wordsthat constituted the official proclamation of Italy in 1861. With this currentyear Italy is celebrating the 150 years of the Unity of Italy, a country whichwas originally divided into seven states.Fagioli was very proud to participate in these celebrations, with the trans-port awarded from the National rail company of an historical rail loco-motive and a new generation rail locomotive to be positioned in front ofthe “Piazza delle Belle Arti” in Rome.

12 PROJECT LOGISTICS

The two items represent the innovation and technology developed within the last century for what concerns the means of transportation in Italy.

Fagioli used a dedicated 8 axle line rail trailer moved by a strengthened prime mover. The old locomotive, weighing 54 tons, was positioned onto

the trailer by a mobile crane. The transport was executed after midnight, the reason being that as the locomotives had to transit downtown Rome,

Fagioli were only authorised to lift and re-position the electrical cables and lights poles during the period between midnight and 4 o clock a.m. The

new locomotive (weighing 73 ton) was transported with the same method. (see pictures above and below)

In late 2010 Fagioli Rome were contracted to transport and ship all of

the materials destined to the “Midland Refinery” –Daura Iraq. Fagioli

has a long record in transport and shipping activities within this area.

The project included the shipping of various material and columns from

the port of Civitavecchia. The transports to the port were executed with

Fagioli trailers. Fagioli coordinated all of the activities including the port

operations as well as the sea transport with a chartered part cargo ship,

unloading and the prosecution up to Iraq, including the final unloading

at site. (See pictures on the right and above on the nex tpage)

PROJECT LOGISTICS 13

AIR FREIGHT DEPARTMENTFagioli is specialized in air transport and is able to provide a complete door-to-door transport from point of origin to final destination. We encour-

age you to check our Newsletter (downloadable from Fagioli website) you can have the right perception of the importance of this department

within Fagioli structure, which is not only dedicated to project logistics activities but also to variegated heavy goods forwarded by air-cargo carri-

ers.

Airfreight department was contracted to forward an armoured car from Milan to Port Harcourt (Nigeria). The dimensions of this car was mt . 4.95

X 2.00 X 1.95 weighing KG 3.850. Fagioli took the responsibility to organize the road transport from Milan to Ostenda and than the air transport to

Port Harcourt. The car was loaded onto a dedicated allocation cargo plane. Another peculiar and interesting transport safely and successfully com-

pleted.

In July 2011 Fagioli shipped important drawings to different locations either in Europe and Usa. The shipments were extremely delicate due to the

unquestionable artistic value of the paintings. Fagioli organized the road transport of this precious cargo (with a dedicated police escort) up to Rome

and Milan airports. Following our request, Milano Malpensa airport guaranteed guarded warehouses in order to store the paintings, with security

officers being present during palletization and transfer operations onto the airmobiles. For these fragile transports, dedicated pallets and special

containers with a lead seal were required. Fagioli personnel was responsible of all the transport and loading operations.

The picture below on the right hand side shows the loading of the paintings

Turin office is involved in the delicate transport and shipping activities of satellite parts and accessories destined to several sites overseas.

A big special thanks goes to all the Fagioli expatriate personnel who joined with local forces all the above mentioned areas who are managing with

professionalism and competence to deal with the daily challenges encountered in performing the required scopes of work.

14 FOCUS ON USA

FOCUS ON USALAGUNA VERDEFagioli Inc. , Manvel, Texas, was awarded the heavy activities relat-ing to the Upgrade of the Nuclear Plant in Laguna Verde, Veracruz,Mexico, performing the replacement of two Old stators with two newunits. Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Plant (LVNPP) is located on thecoast of the Gulf of Mexico, in Veracruz, Mexico and It is the largestelectric power generating nuclear plant in MexicoThere were many problems to overcome in order to perform the re-placement operations. First of all the notable weight of the items tobe replaced (720,000 lbs each); the restricted working areas withinthe premises; the insufficient capacity overhead crane which was theonly existing lifting means inside the turbine hall. Moreover there wasNo time available for ‘dry run’ or testing the fitting of the system be-fore the Outage (shut down of the plant). Last but not least, workingin a living nuclear plant with all of the health and safety matters in-volved for all the personnel involved in the Fagioli’s engineering divi-sion came up with an innovative interesting and successful solutionidea in order to complete the operation without the necessity for anycivil interventions within the operative living plant. The project engi-neering preparations started one year and a half before the job actu-ally began. Due to the insufficient capacity of the hook on theoverhead crane, Fagioli Inc. designed a Lifting System consisting oftwo L300 Strand Jacks which was conceived to fit between the exist-ing beams of the overhead crane (picture on the right). The final ap-proval from the plant Owner arrived in December 2009, leaving only2 months to fabricate, test and ship the system to the jobsite. Fabri-cation was done in Houston, Texas, with Fagioli Inc. engineers mon-itoring the quality and testing the components to the delivery mid ofFebruary 2010. The Lifting System by itself weighed almost 133,000lb. built with high grade steel to keep the weight within the limit indi-cated by the overhead crane manufacturer. The system consisted ofa swivel connected to the anchors of the strand jacks. The 2 x 300tons strand jacks were positioned on the jack support beam while thejack support beam sat on each end on a “u” shaped structure.

Fagioli Inc provided its services for the replacement of two rail-road bridges in Middletown, Pennsylvania – Bridge No. PA94.98over Wood Street and Bridge No. PA 97.74 over Union Street. The three-span structures were designed for replacement onthe same alignment using self-propelled modular transporters,or SPMT’s.Called Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC), each replace-ment structure was erected at nearby staging areas in prepa-ration for replacement operations – scheduled to take place overone weekend to minimize both track outage time for railroadand service disruptions to their passengers. The 100-year oldstructures have been successfully replaced safely and aheadof schedule by Fagioli skilled personnel and its state of the artSPMTs.

BRIDGE REPLACEMENT

The 882,000 lb. capacity swivel (able to rotate the stator) , rollers and girders were all supported by the beams of the existing overhead crane. The structure was suspended from the traverse top beams and at both ends the roller beams sit on the overhead crane girders, precisely on thetrolley tracks. When the installation work of the system started inside the building, 24hour continuous operations were necessary since the plantoutage for the entire project was only 45 days. Fagioli took the challenge of completing the project and agreed on liquidated damages in case ofdelay to the schedule of completing each operation in 84 continuous hours. It was agreed that all related operations for the removal of each gen-erator, including installation and removal of the lifting system on and from the overhead crane, were to take place within such timeframe. The sametime was agreed for the installation of the new generators. With the limitation of 12’ per hour on the 200’ translation of the overhead crane betweenthe equipment hatch and the generator foundation, the time left to install and remove the system, lift the generator 15m, rotate it 90 degrees andlower it 5m was not much. Nevertheless, Fagioli accomplished the task 1 day before schedule without incidents, totaling 14,268 field man-hours. En-gineering, surveying and quality control on construction added other 2,880 hours to the project. The Project was completed on schedule and on budget

FOCUS ON NORWAY 15

EKOFISK CESSATION PROJECT

Fagioli continues with its work on the Ekofisk cessation project. This is thethird year that Fagioli has been working in Norway for this project. As wewrote in the last issue of our newsletter, on this project there are two sep-arate phases during each year: the engineering and project managementphase and the site operations (from June to September). The operationalphases are always conducted in the summertime due to climate reasons. The scope of work required Fagioli to site move all the items from the quayto storage area. It was sometimes required some load in activity. In orderto move huge sections of offshore platforms (with a weight up to 4000 tonswith a height of about 58 mts and width of about 94 mts) Fagioli S.p.a. en-gineering department prepared tailor made stabilizing links together with astructure in order to balance the loads and reduce the pressure on theSpmt’s due to the notable height and weight of the structure. This stabiliz-ing links and beams were welded to the 12 lines of Spmts which allowedthe vertical transport of this huge structure.

PASEO BRIDGE DEMOLITIONFagioli, Inc. was selected by Paseo Corridor Constructors to help inthe demolition of the old Paseo Bridge in Kansas City, which wasconstructed in the early 1950’s. For this project, Fagioli used 16no.L180 Strand Jacks.

There were two operations performed on the old suspension bridge:

•The first operation was to lift the main deck beams by 750mm toallow the hanger cables supporting these beams from the suspen-sion cables to be cut. Once the cuts had been made the beamswere lowered onto temporary supports for further demolition.

•The second operation was to lower the two crosshead beam partsof the suspension cable support towers complete with the suspen-sion cables.

In 1992 the company was relocated fromHong Kong to Singapore. The main activities which Fagioli Asia Pte Ltd is leader are: power, civil sector, offshore and petrochemical industry. Fa-gioli Asia was awarded for the Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) Project in Indonesia, Scope of work was the whole heavy lift-ing package activities. This is the sixth CCPP project of similar capacity that Fagioli Asia has completed in the last few years. Main activities werethe heavy lifting and installation activities of 2 units of GT, 2 units of GTG, 1 unit of ST, 1 unit of STG and 2 blocks of HRSG modules.

For the ST train, Fagioli used 4 numbers of L100 strand jacks to lifting the ST andSTG from ground level to 12m height. The ST and STG were than lifted, moved andlowered onto their respective foundation by 1400 series Gantry system. For the GT train, Fagioli utilized the 1400 series Gantry system to lift, move andlower the GT and GTG on their respective foundation. The GT weighs around380tonnes ( one of the heaviest in the market). For the HRSG module, Fagioli em-ployed 10 numbers of L100 strand jacks and 1 number of L12/8E power pack to ex-ecute the lifting work. The HRSG is built with 4 vertical strings of modules with eachstring having 5 modules. The modules are chain lifted to position.

Supertrees is part of the “Gardens By the Bay” project which is located adjacent toone of Singapore integrated resort Marina Sands. The Supertrees are vertical gar-dens ranging in height from 25 to 50 meters. When completed it will be first of theirkind in the world. Fagioli Asia was awarded the contract for the lifting of the su-pertrees . The weight of the trees ranges from 25tons to 60tons. The lifting was ex-ecuted in 2 stages. During first stage lifting, the radial frame was hoisted to a heightof about 10~12meters allowing our client to assemble the branches. For the sec-ond stage, the completed assembly was lifted to its final height by 4 numbers ofstrand jacks. (See picture on the right)

Fagioli Asia completed the installation and dismantling of 10 units of thrusters for

three different clients. All the operations were successfully completed using our

L15 or L50 jacks (See picture on right). Finally, Fagioli Asia was awarded the con-

tract to provide 4 numbers of L450 Strand Jacks and a L4/35D power pack to lift

the York beam of Chi Linh F.P.S.O.The York beam needed to be lifted so that the FPSO could be towed into the dry dock for repair work. After repair work was completed, the FPSOwas towed out of the dry dock and the York beam was lowered to the designated level. Fagioli Asia received the first set of 20 Spmt’s axle lines(see the “News” section)

Fagioli entered the Indian market almost ten years ago. Through the 100% controlled subsidiary PSC Heavy lift (now Fagioli Ltd., UK), Fagioli formed

a 70/30 joint venture with a local company involved in a neighbouring sector. We are extremely satisfied of this cooperation, which allowed the local

partner to spend Fagioli’s brand and track-record on the Indian market, while we had the opportunity to enter a market with increasing demand for

heavy lifting services. As a result, Fagioli is now the market leader in India in the heavy lifting sector, with a long track record of projects executed

for the main EPC contractors. Recently Fagioli has completed the acquisition of the 30% minority stake from the local partner and now controls

100% of Fagioli PSC India Private Limited.

The team currently consists of thirteen office based staff in the administration, engineering, project management and commercial departments, twoequipment managers, nine technicians and nine site operators. The strong growth of the Indian economy does translate into investments in sectors such as power, petrochemical and infrastructures with the con-sequent requirement for heavy lifting and heavy transportation services. This is the main reason why Fagioli is investing in equipment and re-sources in this booming market in order to strengthen its position of market leader in the HT/L operations and, in due course, lay ground for thedevelopment of freight forwarding and project logistics activities.Providing a door-to-door service to all our clients who are based or operate in India is the main goal of Fagioli PSC India Private Limited

At the beginning of August, Fagioli India performed its 120th lift of boiler drum. Lifting of Boiler Drum in a Thermal Power Plant is the first impor-

tant milestone activity in the construction of Thermal Power Plant. Prior to the pioneering introduction in 2004 of Strand Jacks by Fagioli for such

type lifts, boiler drums were lifted with winches – now considered unsafe and extremely time consuming with respect to international safety stan-

dards being adopted at most power plant construction sites.

The 240 Tonne Drum was lifted to a height of 65 meters by means of 2- L180 strand jacks and power-pack within a span of 4 hours. With the com-

pletion of this 120th project, Fagioli India lifted a total weight of 17.500 ton, a truly landmark achievement in the industry. Having heavy lifted the

120th boiler drum, Fagioli India has averaged one boiler drum lift every month since 2004. The installation was successfully accomplished thanks

to a complex combination of vertical and inclined lifting with lateral shifting.

SINO-IRON PROJECT

The transport operations took several nights under extreme hot condi-tions, the first Ball Mill had to transit a route of some 30 klms, with a con-voy length of 35 mts. The project included a total hauling activity of about106 transports. This “adventure” was full of challenges due to the ex-treme environmental conditions, almost 40 degrees Celsius in thedesert. Fagioli mobilized 80 axle lines and 4 power packs units. To im-port all the equipment Fagioli needed to pass all the AQIS (AustralianQuarantine and Inspection Service) requirements. AQIS manages quar-antine controls at Australian borders to minimize the risk of exotic pestsand diseases entering the country. Some of the final installation of items transported were executed bymeans of Spmt’s.This major enterprise was safely completed on schedule.

Fagioli were contracted for the unloading, transport and installation ofmills and modules with weights up to 1500 ton destined for use in theNorth-Western part of Australia for the extraction and pre-refining ironmaterial for petrochemical plant, the project is called Sino IronTheAg and Ball mills, two of the world’s biggest and most powerful grind-ing mills, were built in China and transported by H/L vessel to Australia. The AG mill had a weight of 1525 tons, a length of about 19.6 mts aswell as a diameter of about 15 mts while the Ball Mill weighed 947 tonswith a length of 19 mts and a diameter of about 12.3 mts. For the Ball Milltransport 2 x 22 Spmts axle lines’ were used while for the AG 3 x 22 axlelines were required.Fagioli were responsible for the load-in operations, transportation of theitems to the lay-down area, positioning of the items onto stools and thenthe final road transport to site.

Fagioli Kazakhstan Branch CO was established in 2008 in Atyrau in order to have a concrete presence in the Kazak market allowing us to followat first hand the implementation of all the operational aspects for the major projects in the area.Fagioli see this as a strategic development in one of the most important areas for the Oil & Gas market. We consider this as a very positive stepgiving us the opportunity to invest in a country with a strong prospects for future development.Located in the city of Atyrau, on the north coast of the Caspian Sea, Fagioli Kazakhstan branch was contracted for the execution of several proj-ects commissioned by Saipem Kazakhstan Branch, for the end customer Agip KCO. The jobs executed referred to the Kashaghan Field in the NorthCaspian region. Kashaghan field is one of the largest offshore deposits in Kazakhstan with an estimate of about 13 billion barrels of oil to be pro-duced. The Kashaghan Field Development project is a peculiar project, due to the technical complexity and the severe climatic conditions whichinfluence the operational activities on this massive site, built on huge artificial islands. Offshore operations are performed under the conditions ofextreme continental climate. During severe winters the temperature can go down to - 40°C (-40°F), while in the summer it can rise up to +40°C(+104°F) with the sea that for 5 months , is covered with ice.

FOCUS ON KAZAKHSTAN 21

KASHAGAN PILES & FLARES PROJECTThe first project started in 2008 by Fagioli Kazakhstan, was the"Kashagan Piles & Flares”. Fagioli were contracted to performthe transport, load-in and final installation operations of modulesonto the artificial island D. The modules originated from Europe, were transported by barges and moved either by stand jack andSPMT’s. The modules are the individual sections composing thestructure of the extraction machineries. The equipment used forthe entire operation was the following: 14 strand jacks L100 + 10strand jacks L180 + 6 strand jacks L300; 48 axle SPMT + 2power packs units used between 2008 and 2010; in 2011 Fa-gioli used 11 strand jacks L100 + 6 strand jacks L300 with 6axle lines SPMT’s and 1 engine.

LIVING QUARTERS / ATYRAU PORT PROJECTThe second project was completed in August 2010. Fagioli ex-ecuted the jacking-up and load-out operations of two “livingquarter” modules, weighing around 500t each, including the finalinstallation onto foundations. The two items were built in SaudiArabia and transported to the island by EPC2 barge. Using theclimbing jacks, Fagioli lift the 200 ton each modules, from aninitial height of 60 cm up to 1,60 mts in order to allow the Spmt’sto be positioned underneath. Once loaded onto the trailers, themodules were unloaded from barge and transported up to foun-dations. Equipment used: 10 climbing jacks, 24 axle lines SPMTwith four dedicated power pack units.

ATYRAUP.P.2011/DRILLINGRIG MOBILIZATIONPROJECTIn 2011 Fagioli have been contracted for the load-out operations of 22 modules destined to

Island D and some challenging operations concerning the Drilling Rig Mobilization proj-

ect. The scope of work involved the load-in and transport up to foundation of two huge dis-

mantled drilling rig towers (see picture on the right). The two items, respectively weighing

2500 ton and 1600ton, were transported for approximately 2Km to the designated storage

area. Fagioli used 124 axle lines SPMT and five dedicated power pack units for the biggest

unit (2500ton) and 88 axle line and 4 PPUs’ for the 1600ton module.

The last task completed in 2010 called “ Atyrau port project”, involved the weighing and load-out of three modules of about 110 tonnes each. The modules built in the port yards were transported by barge to island D, where they were unloaded by SPMT. The three modules, called“ Recovery Station”, are buildings planned to give shelter to all the personnel working on the island in case of emergency. The operationwas completed with the use of 12 axle lines SPMT’s + 1 PPU.

RIVER AND SEA TRANSPORT AND TRANSHIPMENTOF FOUR REACTORS FROM MANTUA TO VENICE

On January 2011 Fagioli were involved in the handling of four huge reactors destined to Venice. Fagioli scope of work covered the river transportfrom Mantua to Venice up to the loading operation in port. The reactors, each weighing between 950 to 1300 tons, were loaded, one at a time, ontothe Ticino river barge with destination Chioggia. This was one of the biggest reactors ever transported on a barge in Italy. The item was lifted andpositioned inside the group-owned Ticino barge by our client’s gantry lifting system. The river barge arrived at the port of Chioggia where a specially

designed Fagioli lifting system was usedto tranship the reactors from the Ticinobarge to the Mak sea going barge (des-tined to Venice). The transhipment oper-ation was required in order to allow all ofthe reactors to arrive directly to Venicewith a single barge operation. In order tolift the reactors from the river barge Ticinoand to perform the consequent position-ing of the huge items onto the marinepontoon, Fagioli prepared a tailor madelifting structure. This gantry lifting sys-tem consisted of 4 lifting towerscombined with strand jacks and twoenormous girders which had previ-ously been successfully used for thelifting of modules in Spain withweights of up to 4800 tons.

22 RIVER AND MARITIME

This pecul iar device system was designed on purpose in order to execute the l i f t ing and lowering operations on a quaywith l imited capacity. The 40 mts girders, as well as, the counterweights posit ioned at the bottom of the two tower l i f ts(those which were more distant from the river) al low the perfect distr ibut ion of the enormous weight of the reactors.The high-level engineering department was the “demiurge” of the design and construct ion of the entire structure.Each operation was executed in different steps: arr ival of r iver barge Ticino; l i f t ing of the reactor by gantry crane system;

river barge to leave the operational area; ocean barge Mak to be loaded with the reactor. After the loading operations were ex-ecuted, the sea pontoon was pushed to Venice where a heavy lift dedicated vessel was waiting. The reactors were lifted andloaded by vessel gears. The required operations involved personnel from the river, transport and engineering departments, withall departments co-operating closely with the client’s engineers.

SHIPYARD INDUSTRY

SHIPYARD 23

A NEW RECORD FOR FAGIOLI: A YACHT WEIGHING7000 TON MOVED BY 272 AXLE LINES SPMT’S

Fagioli recently performed an incredible operation of trans-port, loading and unloading operations of an impressiveyacht weighing 7000 ton by means of 272 axle lines Spmt’sand 8 Power Pack Units. The Yacht weighing 7000 ton ( 135mts long and 20 mts wide) was loaded onto the modulartransporters ( 2 rows of 60 axle lines each and 2 rows of 76axle lines each) in shipyard premises in the north of Italy andtransported to the quay outside. The yacht was loaded ro-ro onto the barge and once arrived at the floating dock, theload-out operation was performed. The ship was then low-ered with the Spmt’s hydraulic system onto supports allow-ing the trailers underneath to be removed.

LAUNCHING OF AN ENTIRE 2000 TON SHIP VESSELAt the end of 2010 Fagioli performed the transport, the load-

in/ load-out operations and launching of a gigantic ship in

the Ligurian sea on the Northern-East side of Italy. The ship

was 81mts long and 14 mts wide weighing 2150 ton. Fagioli

used 100 axle lines Spmt’s on four rows. The operation was

successfully completed without any incident. The total weight

of the entire convoy was about 251 ton. The Spmt’s flexibil-

ity was fundamental in completing the lifting and lowering

activities.

The shipyard industry is another noteworthy activity in which Fagioli are extremely active guaranteeing the required specialized engineering ca-pabilities coupled with state of-the art equipment as well as dedicated personnel experienced in the sector who are taking care of all of the deli-cate movement and hoisting operations of the gigantic vessel sections, ships or yachts. The pre-planning and the engineering studies are at thebase of a solid and safe operation, no matter which equipment is involved. As can be seen herewith below, Fagioli were contracted to execute sev-eral load-out and launching operations either with Spmt’s or with group-owned self-geared vessel.

LAUNCHING OF A 268 TON SHIP IN ALGERIA

In the last Newsletter we have already shown the peculiar-ity of a launching of a yacht/vessel performed by anothership. This is an interesting and uncommon way to place avessel into the sea, but, on the other hand it is a safer andquick way to perform a launching operation. The vessel to belifted is always positioned on the quay (sometimes Fagioliuses its trailers to move the item closer). The gear vesselsof Fagioli Storman Asia (700 ton capacity) with dedicatedspreader beams are fixed to the yacht/ship supports andonce the item is hoisted, the loader vessel moves away fromthe quay, lowering the ship into the water. The picture refersto a launching of a 268 ton ship in Algeria.

INSTALLATION OF 500 ton BRIDGES ON THE A21HIGHWAY IN ITALY

Another civil industry enterprise performed by Fagioli was the installa-tion of a complete 500 ton bridge on the A21 highway in Northern Italy. The dimensions of the bridge were 55 mts x 25 mts. x 17 mts.The bridge was hoisted from the ground by means of a gantry liftingsystem. Once in position, the item was placed onto four Fagioli trailers(for a total of 48 axle lines). To perform the entire operation it was necessary to enter the highwayin order to allow the final positioning of the structure onto supports.Fagioli repeated this operation for the second bridge with the same“modus operandi”

DOOR TO DOOR TRANSPORT OF A 308 TON TURBINETO A POWER PLANT IN TURIN

This is a typical example of the unique door-to-door services that Fagi-oli can provide to our clients thanks to our state-of-the-art equipmentand specialised operators. The turbine weighing 308 ton was manufac-tured in Marina di Carrara and was loaded onto two x 8 axle lines trail-ers. The piece was then loaded with a ro-ro operation onto the groupowned vessel “Storman Asia”.When the vessel arrived in Genova the turbine was unloaded by meansof onboard gears. In the meantime a 286 ton stator was transportedfrom manufacturing area to the port by means of 11+11 axle lines. Oncein position the stator was loaded by StormanAsia gears. The vessel cir-cumnavigated the Italian peninsula to reach the port of Venice where theturbine was unloaded directly onto Fagioli’s barge Ticino.

The barge left Venice to reach Cremona river port. In Cremona Fagioli isproprietary of a quay including a gantry crane with capacity up to 600 tonswhich was used to unload the item from the barge and positioned onto Fa-gioli trailers, ready to perform the 260 kmts journey to reach the powerplant just outside Turin. This long trip was necessary in order to avoid allof the obstacles and the limited axle weight restrictions to be found onthe direct road from Genova to Turin. The convoy was 76 mts long 6.30mts wide and 5 mts high. The challenges faced during the transport werethe following:-dismantling and re-assembling of numerous road signs and light poles ;roundabouts; restrictions within the city of Turin.A real door-to-door transport performed with group owned equipment: H/LSHIPS; TRAILERS; SELF PROPELLED MODULAR TRANSPORTERS;HYDRAULIC GANTRY CRANES; BARGE !!!

Heavy Transport activities is tattooed on Fagioli DNA. The heavy transport, permits and survey departments are always” fighting”, in a metaphor-ical way, against the continuous evolutions and revolutions of the urban infrastructure landscapes, trying to solve big problems concerning thehaulage activities of big pieces. Lots of challenges which force our experts to change the planned actions due to unexpected contingencies oc-curred few days or hours before the transport operation is performed: road works; new roundabouts; vehicles to be removed ...

HEAVY TRANSPORT 25

TWOREACTORS TOVENICEFagioli were contracted for the transport of two voluminous reactors from

Ricengo to Venice. Dimensions of the pieces were the following: 13. 5

x 6.30 x 6.80 mts

The reactors were transported from Ricengo to Cremona river port with

modular trailers 14 axle lines and two prime movers to support the en-

tire operations. In Cremona the two reactors were loaded and lifted by

Fagioli gantry crane directly onto group owned barge Ticino. Due to the

height of the piece the barge was forced to complete the transport by

also navigating in the open sea, this in agreement with local authorities.

POWER UP TO THE MOUNTAINFagioli were awarded the transport of several items including a 58 tonrotor. The piece was 9 mts long, 2.90 mts wide and 2.90 mts height. The rotor was transhipped with two cranes onto a 6 axle lines SPMT’s,ready to cover the 15 kmt distance to reach the power plant. To reachthe power plant the SPMTs faced a demanding mountain road with aminimum slope of 10% increasing upto a maximum of 18 %. The powerplant stood at 1,800m altitude built within the famous “Gran ParadisoPark”. For safety reasons a prime mover was connected to the SPMT’sin some sections of the route. On arrival at the power plant the rotorwere lifted by an overhead crane. Two smaller sections (bottom and topparts) weighing 35 tons each were transported with the same manner. It took about one week to complete all of the transports. The bridgeswere reinforced after several engineering feasibility inspections.

NEW ENERGY FOR BRESCIAFagioli was asked to perform the transport from Tezze to Brescia and theinstallation of a 42 ton transformer. Fagioli is able to provide a “turn-keyservice” monitoring the requirements for each of the combination of thedifferent stages, the erection and assembly schedule through alignmentand levelling operations thanks to a varied and extensive fleet of trans-port and lifting equipment. The client arranged a platform and a hole inthe wall in order to allow the passage of the item. The client built thescaffolding at the required height indicated by Fagioli. Once arrived at theinstallation point some steel plates were positioned on top of the scaf-folding structure at the same level with the floor within the building pre-viously covered by linoleum (in order to allow the skidding of thetransformer). Fagioli used and positioned three group owned air-cush-ions moving and pushing the item with the “tirforts”.Once the item was in position , it was lifted with climbing jacks while thecushions were removed. The transformer was then directly lowered ontoits final foundations.

DISMANTLE AND TRANSPORT OF A NITROGEN PLANTIN ABRUZZO (CENTRAL ITALY)

INTRODUCING THE SCREW JACK SYSTEM

An American company, with more than 25 years experience in providing integrated solutions for the maintenance, repair, overhaul and upgrade ofturbo-machinery contracted Fagioli to dismantle a power plant in the Abruzzo region and transport it to Ortona :the scope included items withweights up to 220 tons. Fagioli used AZ600 gantry cranes to lift and position the heavier pieces (the generator and the turbine) onto the trailers. The lighter items were lifted with a crane and placed inside our containers (19) to be transported to Ortona port. The generator and the turbine werelifted onto Spmt’s trailers and moved into a storage area where they were transhipped onto more suitable trailers ready for the 73 km transport toOrtona port . The operations were completed between April and August.Pictures refer to the transport of the heaviest item (the turbine) by means of 11+11 trailers with shoulders. The main challenges during the trans-port were the road, bridges and tunnels limitations!

Fagioli were contracted to transport and install a 170 ton stator as a replacement of an old one.Working in warehouses and premises with restricted areas Fagioli are sometimes compelled to use a simple but very effective device called "thescrew-jacks system".This system is composed of an electric motor, a gear speed reducer, the screw (or worm shaft) and a worm gear all contained in a solid and sta-ble steel frame. The screw jacks enable to move heavy loads slowly, accurately and safely. The old stator was lifted and skidded onto some supports. After the positioning of the screw-jack system inside the premises the old stator waslifted, Fagioli 8 axle lines spmt's trailer was moved underneath and the item was lowered onto it. The old stator was moved outside the warehouseand stored. The new stator was transported inside and positioned with the same method using the trailers and the screw jacks system.A simple device, with great capabilities and capacity to be used in restricted areas: this is the screw-jack system!

HEAVY TRANSPORT 27

A CHALLENGE TRANSPORT OF A GAS TURBINE ANDA GENERATOR TO THE POWER PLANT OF TURBIGO

Mid of January 2011, Fagioli was awarded by Siemens, Power Gener-

ation Division, Erlangen Germany, the delivery of a new 310 ton gas

turbine and a 318 ton generator to the power plant Turbigo, Italy.

Even if on a rather short distance, this transports represented a very

great challenge as the execution had to take place within a very short

time frame (delivery to the power plant within the end of January was

mandatory) on an itinerary over which, in the past, a convoy with a total

gross weight of more than 500 ton never took transit.

A major problem was represented by the crossing of an older concrete

bridge over a 25 mt. large channel, necessary to be passed, and which

could not be in any way supported, shored or by-passed. Our civil engi-

neers analyzed and re-calculated the complete bridge very deeply

through and simulated the transit reviewing the stresses and deflections

expected by the transports. All civil calculations as well as simulations

were issued internally within our organization and in strict interface and

cooperation with the authorities and public entities and offices involved.

All the properties of the public streets and bridges were also involved. Fi-

nally the bridge was determined suitable to be utilized, under the condi-

tion of utilizing specifically designed and constructed over bridge steel

elements, distributing the very high concentrated weight as much as

possible at the extremes of the bridge during the transit.

Another problem was represented by the necessary transit through the

center of the little town of Turbigo as this was the only way to reach the

above mentioned bridge and consequently the power plant. Several in-

terventions on the whole itinerary where necessary to effectively dis-

tribute the huge weight and also in this case, all works were done in very

short time and in very good and effective cooperation between all pub-

lic authorities involved and our team of engineers and technicians.

Finally, with a considerable crew of technicians, specialists and teammembers involved, all studies, simulations, surveys, calculations and nec-essary preparation actions were positively completed within a week timeand, after a detailed final analysis together with the authorities, the per-mits were released just on time to allow us to mobilize all necessarytransport, assembly, installation and auxiliary equipment to execute thetransports with two Spmt platform of 16 lines each in parallel at the sametime during one single weekend without any work interruption. An overlapping schedule and execution plan was necessary to reducethe time of execution and, finally, the transports took place over the full lastweek end of January 2011, matching the delivery of the two items withinthe 31st of January at the power plant. During the execution more than30 members of our crews were involved and worked through in differentparallel shifts from Saturday night till Monday evening the 31st of Janu-ary 2011 to achieve this result.A great teamwork and another great challenging job completed suc-cessfully by our organization.

ROAD TRANSPORT TO S.NAZZARO AND MANTUA(NORTH OF ITALY)

Three different transports were executed with final destination to S. Nazzaro. Each single convoy had a length of more than 35 mts with a maxi-

mum height of about 7 mts. The weight of each single item was about 110 ton and the transport was performed with 5+5 axle lines trailers. The re-

moval of the electrical and phone cables were the most challenging aspects of the whole operations, due to the fact that some of them could only

be disconnected at a fixed time, delaying the whole transport journey. It took three days to complete each transport operation.

The 32 metres convoy which arrived after 4 days in Mantua was a transport marked by some unexpected events such as the change in the road

infrastructures just few days before. This event forced our team to make some last minute new surveys and evaluations, however thankfully they

managed to find an alternative solution for the consignment of the column

A TRANSFORMER DESTINED TO BARDONECCHIAFagioli performed the transport and installation of a 56 ton transformer to Bardonecchia. The item was transshipped onto a 6 axle lines Spmts. The transformer was then lifted with the screw jacks, the trailer was moved away while the item was lowered onto tracks which had previously beenpositioned on the ground. The crawlers pushed the item along the tracks and subsequently the transformer was lifted with climbing jacks and po-sitioned onto its final supports.

RAIL TO SWITZERLAND

Acombined road and rail transport was the solution for the ship-

ment of a 130 ton transformer. The item was positioned onto

Fagioli trailers in Legnano, arrived in BustoArsizio where it was

loaded onto a 16 axle lines rail wagon destined to Switzerland.

The cooperation between the departments and the different

equipment involved, were the keys for the success of the op-

eration.

HEAVY TRANSPORT 29

3X158TONSPLITTERS VIA ROAD AND RIVER

BOILERS DESTINED TO VENICE

Fagioli was contracted for the road and river transport of three splitter vessels weighing 158 tons each. The transports, executed in different dates,

involved 14 axle lines trailers, gantry lifting system and group owned river barges.

The transport convoy on its journey has to negotiate many obstacles, considering that the convoy was 6,50 meters high.

The picture shows the heavy transport of three boilers weighing 1000 ton each executed in the North Eastern part of Italy. Dimensions of the items

were very peculiar: 6.55 mts high, 6,85 mts wide. Constant raindrops “escorted” the convoys.

40 MTS COLUMN FROM RAVENNA TO SAN NAZZARO

Another interesting project was the execution of a heavy transport of a 40 mts column, 4,5 mts wide. The long transport convoy was composed by

two 8+8 axle lines trailers with a 7 mts drawbar. The journey was mainly performed on the public highway, while the remaining leg on ordinary roads

with the removal and repositioning after the passage of several road signs and traffic lights

30 CRAWLER CRANES

LIFTING OF 4X950 TONS REACTORSFagioli’s new big crane, one of the biggest capacity crawler cranes available on the world market, has performed in Venice the lifting and tran-shipment of 4 big reactors each weighing 950 tons. The crane was loaded in Ravenna onto a group-owned barge the Mak and transferred toMarghera port in Venice. The crane was then unloaded onto the quay where it executed the lifting of the first 950t ton reactor from another group-owned river barge the Ticino coming from Mantua. Once the barge berthed the crane lifted the reactor and positioned it onto the ocean Mak barge(a transhipment operation). On completion of the positioning of four reactors onto the Mak barge a H/L vessel came alongside to pick them up andsail to its final destination.

INSTALLATION OF 2X470 TON REACTORSIIn the North of Italy Fagioli were contracted to perform the trans-

port and installation of several modules weighing up to 2.000 ton

(please see the Long Term project sections). The photograph shows

the transport, installation of a reactor weighing 470 ton. The reac-

tor was more than 45 mts long.To perform the required operations

Fagioli used 30 axle lines Spmt’s to move the reactors, then a 750

ton capacity crawler crane LR1750 coupled with a tailor made tail-

ing frame structure. Fagioli executed the same operations for the in-

stallation of the second reactor vessel.

CRAWLER CRANESFagioli recently invested in additional high capacity crawler cranes in order to be able to offer to our clients increased lifting equipment capacities.Fagioli who owns and operates one of the largest inventory of strand jack equipment and gantry cranes, has made the winning choice in pur-chasing three of the most powerful crawler cranes on the market with capacity up to 1350 ton.

NEWS

NEWS 31

From the 1st of January a new entity within the group called “Fagioli engi-

neering division” has been officially created.

The main reason why Fagioli has formed this “spin-off department” is the continuous request for dedicated engineering know-how as a support ofclients requirements in the heavy transport and lifting matters.Within its field of activities Fagioli is one of the few companies which is qualifield and certified by DNV also as Engineering Company, thanks to itsin-house “first-class” engineering department. This engineering activity is an added value for Fagioli, con-

sidering the fact that the company can directly address to

clients as a partner since the initial stages of the Project.

This is a quick answer to the changes in the market re-

quirements.Andrea Massera, Fagioli Chief Technical Offi-

cer, who will run the new department agrees with the

opening of the new division saying that “ during these last

years the requests of the customers have not only been

connected to Fagioli long -standing typical activity but also

related to the matters and problems during the modularized

plant construction pre-planning phase for the definition of

civil requirements and logistics engineering”. It’s undis-

putable the even bigger involvement of Fagioli engineering

know-how within the most challenging clients construction

requirements. As a matter of fact, during feasibility phase,

Fagioli is willing to act as a real partner, working side by

side with the client and proposing alternative cost-saving

solutions.

NEWS FROM THE WORLDNew equipment for Fagioli Asia

In March Fagioli Asia received the first batch of 20 axles of SPMTs.

Self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) are multi-axle trailers designed

for the transportation of large and heavy cargoes. The SPMT's are designed

in modular construction and can be coupled side to side and end to end, or

remote units can be operated as a single transporters via radio controls.

Fagioli Asia is very proud to inform you of this new entry in their equipment.
