Bu buluş, havacılık sektöründe sivil ve askeri sanayide kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen, kaldırma gücü süzülme paraşütüyle elde edilmiş, küçük boyutlu, hafif yapılı ve sahip olduğu elektrikli iticisiyle süzülme performansı, menzili ve süresi arttırılmış, sessiz, kızılötesi ve radar izi bırakmadan hareket etme kabiliyetine sahip, keşif amaçlı bir insansız hava aracıyla ilgilidir.

Türkiye’de geliştirilecek ve üretilecek olan E-Plane’de, aynı hafif karbon fiber gövde yapısına sahip yeni bir teknoloji platformu kullanılacaktır.

Modüler bir yaklaşım ile, aynı uçak gövdesi, 2 kişilik sivil versiyon, pilotlu keşif uçağı ve gelişmiş kamera sistemi ile keşif ve gözetleme görevini yapabilecek şekilde İHA (İnsansız Hava Araçları) platformlarında kullanılabilecektir.
