rural charm and an urban lifestyle. Fortunately for us, this very quality is one of the main reasons why Warman, Saskatchewan’s newest city, is such a special place to live — and why living in Warman makes so much sense for so many people.

The Lifestyle Warman is home to a brand new sports complex, gym, and rec centre with recreation and fitness programs that run all year round. Traveling to Warman from Saskatoon is a breeze. Con-nected by a new four lane stretch of highway 11, the “commute” between the two cities is nothing more than a quick jaunt down the road.

A 750 to 1000 sq ft one bed-room condo in Saskatoon costs, on average, $80,000 more than a comprable con-do at Greenpointe Estates. The contrast in price differ-ence jumps out even more when comparing larger, two bedroom condos. The cost difference there can be up-wards of $100,000.

Greenpointe Estates is a brand new condo develop-ment. Each unit at Greet-pointe is designed with a stunning modern aesthetic and comes with a 6 appliance package.

The CommunitySince becoming a city in 2012, Warman’s communi-ty spirit has flourished. We celebrated our city status with a brilliant fireworks show and since then things have never looked so bright. Here are just a few of the reasons why.

• Whether you’re planning to head across town to meet a friend or you’re heading to the golf course, you never know who you might bump into — and since much of Warman is connected by paved walk-ing and biking trails, getting around during the spring and summer a great way to exer-cise and get fresh air.

• Our city is also home to a thriving farmer’s market, a modern library, a rec centre and and a senior’s centre that all offer excellent recreation and community services.

• The citizens of Warman come from a wide range of backgrounds and lifestyles, from young entrepeneur, tradespeople, retired people, new families and families looking for a safe, friendly, comfortable place to raise their children. Education in warman is handled through our elementary school, high school, and Great Plains Col-lege.

• Greenpointe Estates is on the leading edge of the city — as Warman expands, more recreation and service ammenities will spring up right around our building, meaning you’ll be near all the newest resources our city has to offer now and in the future.
