Problem: Suppose you have been hired to re-design the student lockers at a large public high school. What PROCESS would you use to tackle this project? Describe the most important steps.

STEP 1: Understand what for? And their use in the public high school.

Process

STEP 2: observe student needs.

STEP 3: see the number of students who need lockers

STEP 4: if possible ask for the opinion to students in a survey to give the best service .

STEP 5: space o form available for the location of the lockers

STEP 3: look for possible options for the most appropriate lockers, start the creative process

STEP 7: design it and pilot it.
