opinion: don’t raise the PST.”

Mainstreet looked at other hot button issues and found 45% of Manitobans would back an incoax surcharge on high income earners; and 46% are against privatizing Manitoba’s liquor store

When it comes to an independent audit of the Investors Group Field opinions are mixed with 4n favour but 32% against. 27% of Manitobans are undecided on the issue. Similarly Manitobans plit on allowing private MRI clinics in the province with 42% in favour and 37% against.

There are high undecided scores on many of these issues,” continued Maggi. “That means ths room for advocates for or against to make a mark and shift public opinion.”

Mainstreet Research | 132−2255B Queen Street East

“I recommend "Raiders of the Lost Campaign Arc," released Oct. 18, because it’s an interviewwith a pollster that everyone who follows politics should hear. Quito Maggi, of Mainstreet Pub

Research, was the only pollster I saw call the Liberal majority with such confidence, a weekbefore we voted.

Maggi also has the distinction of being the guy who predicted the BC Liberals would win in 20in defiance of the majority of the polls.

His technique involves picking a true bellwether riding and polling it thoroughly. His explanatiofor how he does it is well worth a listen and should be required research for anyone running

political campaign.” - Shannon Rupp, The Tyee, November 4th, 2015
