QualityMaral employs ERP for its 'Q' principle right from procurement to delivery. Stringent testing systems like HVI 9000 and USTER AFIS, online monitoring systems and state-of-the-art BARCO and Quantum contamination detection machines ensure best raw material and yarn quality.

The garment division implements SQC through panel inspection, mobile inspectors in line, by setting standards for individual operations on each machine and through 100% inspection of garments before finishing and packing.

Skill Development Maral’s well-trained staff is its biggest asset. Apart from regular skill development workshops for workers, staff and executives, Maral’s technical staff constantly provide training to cotton farmers and ginners to improve work practices. Regular visits to international machine manufacturers are scheduled to keep track of the latest trends and technology in manufacturing.

For preserving an eco-friendly environment, best practices are employed at every step of the manufacturing process. Water used in the fabric dyeing and finishing unit is not totally disposed, part of the water is used in the process house, after being recycled through the ETP plant while the rest is used for horticulture.

Seven thousand trees are planted every year in the factory campus, the school and nearby areas.

Maral's commitment to the environment can also be measured from the fact that we endeavour not only to meet legal norms, but in many cases, we exceed them which is best explained when we won the GreenTech Saftey Award. Because, for us, nothing is more important than maintaining an eco-friendly environment.

Maral has also secured “Oekotex 100” certification for not using restricted substances in our manufacturing process. We maintain a pollution free atmosphere in factory premises.
