14-072- Offered by Councillor Knight.Be It Resolved that the Medford City Council hold no less than three communitymeetings to gather input and feedback from residents regarding priorities of theMedford City Council for the 2014-2015 term.
Be it further resolved that no less than one of these meetings be held at each ofthe following locations:
1. West Medford Community Center2. South Medford Fire Station3. City Council Chambers.

Dear Mr. President and City Councilors:
I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body approve the followingLoan Order:CITY OF MEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS
LOAN ORDER(Brooks Estate and Road Project)
BE IT ORDERED: That the sum of $3,500,000 be and hereby is appropriated to paycosts of rehabilitation and construction of the so-called Brooks Estate property andentrance road, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto, and thatto raise this appropriation, the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor, isauthorized to borrow said sum and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor in the
aggregate principal amount of $3,500,000 and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7, of theMassachusetts General Laws, as amended and supplemented, or pursuant to any otherenabling authority.
AND FURTHER ORDERED : That the City Treasurer is authorized to file anapplication with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Municipal Finance OversightBoard to qualify under Chapter 44A of the General Laws any and all bonds or notes ofthe City authorized by this vote or pursuant to any prior vote of the City, and in
