Getting Started Guide

Logging in

1. Go to:

https://sso.teachscape.com

2. Enter the username and password

that was provided to you by your

district/state.

* If you have never logged in before, go

to <Activate Account>

Understanding Teachscape Home

1. You can launch to Reflect and Learn using the tabs above or the titles below.

2. Clicking [Help]

on the HOME

screen will give

you general

Understanding the Reflect Overview Page

The Reflect overview page is the principal’s dashboard from which to launch into evaluation tasks

for all teachers.

1. Click on the to pull down the details

2. Click [Observe Now] to launch directly

into the observation

3. Find individual teachers by

typing their name in the field.

Hint: just typing the first letter of

the alphabet will bring up a list of

all teachers

Understanding the Overview Page

The Reflect overview page is the principal’s dashboard from which to launch into evaluation tasks

for all teachers.

1. When you begin the year,

you will have many [Not

Yet Started] observations.

For example, if you have 30

teachers who each require

2 observations, you will

have 60 [Not Yet Started].

Clicking the arrow next

to [Not Yet Started] will list

each observation for

individual teachers.

2. As you progress through

the year, you can use this

page to “quick launch” into

observations listed as [Not

Yet Started] or that have

been [Scheduled]. To do so,

click [Observe Now] for the

[Not Yet Started]

observations, or click

[Edit] for those you have

begun.

Note: Before you “quick

launch” into formal

observations, be sure to

complete your pre-

observation process.

You can also return to [In

Progress] observations and

track [Completed] and

[Confirmed] observations.
