1. This statement made by me accurately sets out the evidence which I would be prepared if necessary to give in Court as a witness. The statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make it knowing that if it is tendered in evidence I shall be liable to prosecution if I have wilfully stated in it anything which I know to be false or do not believe to be true.

2. I live at the above address with my parents and my brother . I have lived there since the beginnnnq of 1987 when I entered High School at Year 10. I am presently a student at /

In about November 1984, Swamiji was going to Canberra to a small seminar for the public ~ the Queanbeyan Ashram. It

4. We stayed at a town out in the sticks, I can't remember "lnv-J'.~ ~the name of it . We stayed in a white motel just off the highway. ~/We booked t~._........,,...._..........,adjacent to each other . Swamiji and I shared

a room and APA and the other Swami shared a room.

5 . It was pretty well night time when we arrived at the motel. I was pretty tired and I wanted to go to sleep soon. I shared a room with Swamiji . There was a single and a double bed . Swamiji said that he would go next door after he said goodnight to me, to have a massage from the other girls . I can't remember if he said this to me or to the group of us. He said goodnight to me then left. I then went to sleep .

6. We left the motel and continued down to Queanbeyan Ashram and arrived there at some time during the morning . When it came to sleeP.i ngements Swamiji had his own room. He asked whether PA r I wanted to sleep in the single bed in his room. two beds in ·tqere. Neither of us ended up sleeping in room.

7 . We stayed at the Queanbeyan Ashram for 3 or 4 days. remember sleeping t here two nights so it was probably three I remember he had a TV in his room because he invited us in watch the cr icket on more than one occasion.

8 . . We left Oueanbeyan in the morning and drove to a motel, arriving at about 5 p.m. It was out in a bush or forest area located near what appeared to be a very large expanse of water. The motel had its own tenni~s.,.._...c=o-=-......... ~ I stayed with Swamiji in one room, in his bed while PA nd the other female stayed in a separate room which c room.

9. We left the motel and then travelled to the Wollongong/ Ashram arriving in the afternoon. We were........,.,,.......l&&D ........ ...., sleep at the Ashram but after tea Swamiji offered that PA nd myself stay in a motel with him, which we did. reme er it was across a main road from the beach . The motel was very upper class.

10. The next morning we returned home to Mangrove Mountain Ashram.
