I tempi di consegna dell’ordine decorrono dalla data dellanostra conferma salvo diversa stipulazione e non potran-no in nessun luogo dare luogo ad indenniz-zo/risarcimento da parte di Verum Italy. I termini diconsegna indicati nell’ordine sono da intendersi puramen-te indicativi e non vincolanti per Verum Italy, che non saràresponsabile di eventuali ritardi. In particolare non èresponsabile per ritardata o omessa consegna, totale oparziale, imputabile a cause di forza maggiore, o ad eventiche siano fuori dal suo controllo, quali, in via esemplificati-va, scioperi aziendali e di trasporto, mancanza di energiaelettrica, mancata o ritardata ricezione di materie prime,ecc. Verum Italy si riserva il diritto di evadere l’ordineanche con spedizioni parziali.

Il cliente è responsabile della comunicazione dei propridati fiscali forniti in base alla legislazione vigente (Ditta,Ragione sociale, Sede, Partita IVA). I dati del clientesaranno custoditi ed elaborati per adempimenti degliobblighi di Legge. Ogni altro utilizzo dovrà essere espres-samente autorizzato dal cliente.

La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committentefranco stabilimento Verum Italy o Grip Italia, che declinacomunque ogni responsabilità per ritardi o rottureverificatesi durante il trasporto. Spetta al committenteverificare la merce in arrivo e contestare eventuali dannidirettamente al trasportatore, anche se questi è statoscelto da Verum Italy, entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento dellastessa mediante raccomandata A.R. Si accettanoeventuali reclami sulla quantità di pezzi ricevuta almassimo entro 8 giorni dalla data di consegna.

I pagamenti devono essere effettuati direttamente aVerum Italy nei termini pattuiti. Trascorsi i termini Verum

Italy provvederà senza alcun preavviso all’addebito degliinteressi di mora stabiliti per Legge, che decorreranno dalgiorno immediatamente successivo alla scadenza deldebito. Il mancato rispetto dei pagamenti pattuiti,comunicati per iscritto nelle conferme d’ordine, puòcomportare, a discrezione dell’azienda, il blocco degliordini in corso fino a pagamento avvenuto e la sospensio-ne delle ulteriori forniture anche se già accettate. Ipagamenti dei prodotti già consegnati non sarannosubordinati al completamento dell’ordine. Nessunpagamento potrà essere differito nel caso di contestazio-ni salvo accordi diversi. Fino al momento in cui VerumItaly non abbia ricevuto il pagamento del valore comples-sivo dei prodotti, gli stessi rimarranno di esclusivaproprietà di Verum Italy.

Non si accettano merci di ritorno se non rese in PortoFranco e preventivamente autorizzate da Verum Italy.Solo il materiale riscontrato difettoso da Verum Italy saràsostituito gratuitamente senza nessun altro indennizzoper danni, spese o riparazioni. Verum Italy non si assumealcuna responsabilità e alcuna garanzia è prevista perdifetti e danni derivanti da installazione impropria ocattivo uso. È vietato agli acquirenti effettuare qualsiasilavorazione che modifichi le caratteristiche originarie deiprodotti Verum Italy.

Le forniture sono soggette alla Legge italiana.NUDA utilizza un sistema brevettato da Grip Italia Srl e neè vietata la riproduzione o la copia non autorizzata. Itrasgressori saranno puniti a norma di legge.Per qualunque controversia è riconosciuta la sola edesclusiva competenza del Foro di Monza, Italia.

Si certifica che le maniglie della collezione Nuda sonointeramente prodotte in Italia nelle nostre aziende. Ogniarticolo, stampato o fuso e lavorato a mano è unico edirripetibile e le piccole differenze cromatiche, che posso-no riscontrarsi, rappresentano la garanzia più certadell’artigianalità del prodotto. Eventuali imperfezioni e/odifferenze nella forma, nelle finiture e nei materiali sono daattribuire alla tecnologia e/o alle operazioni manualinecessarie alla lavorazione del prodotto.L’inosservanza delle istruzioni di montaggio e/o una noncura nell’utilizzo possono causare il mal funzionamentodel sistema, per i quali si declina ogni responsabilità.

Si consiglia di pulire le maniglie della collezione Nudautilizzando solamente un panno asciutto o leggermenteinumidito con acqua. Non utilizzare assolutamente alcundetergente chimico per non alterare l’efficacia deltrattamento superficiale.

Verum Italy Srl reserves the right, at any time, to changeand/or to cancel the items of this catalogue. Information,size or drawings in this catalogue are only for informationand are not binding.

Orders are accepted only in written form; orders ormodifications communicated verbally and/or by phonewill not be valid. Customers accept and are aware thattheir order is subject to the following general sale termsand conditions. Verum Italy Srl is not legally bound by anorder until we have confirmed it in written form but theCustomer is bound when he/she accepts it. Nocancellation of the order is valid without writtenagreement from Verum Italy Srl, which reserves the rightto apply charges.

Delivery time starts from the order confirmation date,unless otherwise agreed, Verum Italy Srl will not recognizeany indemnity or compensation. The order delivery termsare purely indicative and not binding for Verum Italy Srl,which is not responsible for any delay. Verum Italy Srl isnot liable for delayed or skipped delivery in its totality orpartiality, due to acts of God or other event out of itscontrol, like for example labour or freight strikes, lack ofelectric energy, missed or delayed raw material receiptand so on. Verum Italy Srl reserves the right to dispatchorders even with partial shipment.

The Customer is responsible for all the identificationinformation data requested by the legislation in effect(Company name, legal name, Address, VAT, etc.). AllCustomer’s data will be kept and used in full compliancewith the Italian Law. All other use must be specificallyallowed by the Customer.

Ordered goods will be at the Customer’s risk from themoment of delivery so Verum Italy Srl declines anyresponsibility for delays or damage caused during theshipment. The Customer is responsible for checking thedelivered goods and reporting possible damage to theforwarder, even if chosen by Verum Italy Srl, within 8(eight) days from receipt by certified mail. The Customeris also responsible for checking the quantity of thedelivered goods; claims about quantity will only beaccepted within 8 (eight) days from receipt.

Payments shall be made directly to Verum Italy Srl in themanner and at the time agreed by the parties. In the eventof failure to make the payment at the due date, theCustomer will, with effect from the invoice date, becharged of interests and penalties. If the Customer is indefault, Verum Italy Srl shall have the right to defershipment or any future order intake or delivery until such

default is remedied or said credit re-established to oursatisfaction. No claim shall enable the customer tosuspend payments. The payment of products alreadydelivered shall not oblige Verum Italy Srl to complete theorder. In case of disagreements payments cannot bedeferred, unless otherwise agreed. Until the receipt ofpayment for the total value of the goods ordered, VerumItaly Srl will be and remain the sole and only proprietor ofthe goods.

Verum Italy Srl does not accept return of goods withoutprior approval, in all cases costs for goods returns mustbe borne by the Customer. Only faulty goods found byVerum Italy Srl will be replaced free of charge without anyother indemnity or refund for damage or repairs. VerumItaly Srl is not responsible for any faulty goods which havebeen manipulated in a bad way. Any damage caused byimproper installation or use is not covered by anyguarantee. Customers are not authorized to reworkVerum Italy Srl products.

Orders are governed by the Italian Law. If the partiescannot reach amicable settlements, disputes shall bereferred uniquely to the competent civil court in Monza.NUDA use a patented system of Grip Italia Srl andunauthorized copying or copying is prohibited. Violatorswill be punished according to the Italian law.

We certify with our complete and utmost corporateintegrity that the handles of Nuda collection are producedsolely within our Italian manufacturing facilities. Eachpiece of hardware, forged or cast is hand-crafted toperfect the uniqueness in design and finish.The guarantee of originality is due to the fact that thefinish of each product is slightly different than theprevious item. Any imperfections or differences in form,finishes and materials are to be attributed to thetechnology or manual operations necessary forprocessing the product.Failure to comply with the instructions and / or a lack ofcare in use may cause the system to malfunction, forwhich the manufacturer declines all responsibility.

In order to mantain the quality of the protective treatmentand uniqueness of all finishes do not attempt to cleanwith detergents and/or chemicals. Hence, simply use alightly water moistened cloth to clean the items.
