utumn has finally arrived. My favorite time of the year! It's been a right busy ummer for the camp and some our camp's members. It will continue to be that wa

r the next few weeks. I hope Will Adams and Ken Norman are on the mend and woon be back to 100% soon.was unable to attend last month's meeting, would like to say "Thank You" to allhat filled in for me. I heard all went well and Mrs. Atkinson put on a fine talk.

he Chesterfield County Fair has taken place once again and we had our recruitinooth set-up. We collected donations and right many names for membership for thamp/SCV and the UDC. I hope to see some of those interested attend one of pcoming meetings. Special “Thanks” to 2nd Lt. Tommy Clinger for all his hard wore fair and manning the booth just about everyday! I think we had about 14embers attend to help which that includes, George Winn and JC Hale, that came

nd played one evening. It would have been an even better week if we could have hore members volunteer. A number of those 14 came out 2 and 3 times to cover thooth.

he Field Days of the Past, just took place over the weekend as well. Again, SpeciaThanks” to 2nd Lt. Tommy Clinger, for his hard work getting us in and set-up and eing on duty for all 3 days! This was due to the lack of volunteers! Again, only 5embers helped out for the 3 days. Plus, help from a member from another camp.

e collected a few names for membership. Several ladies spoke to us about help wetting markers for the ancestors. I hope that these will work out so that we canstall some markers. We were able to collect donations for this camp project of graarkers. As most know we purchased a number of items to sale to raise funds for

amp. This included caps, flags, and plates this worked out very well! I don’t knowtal but we did make more than we have made/collected before.
