Online Fundraising is actually a very EASY process.

The main point in an online fundraiser is to allow for a wider client range. With Wicked Flames, our online fundraisers also include a

wider range of products as well as are accessible to anyone.

You set a goal of how much money you want to make, and I will help you figure out what you need to do to achieve that goal.

You also need to set a time frame for the fundraiser. Typical time frame is 2 weeks to 4 weeks, although for special occasions I will

allow a constantly running fundraiser.

In order for an online fundraiser to work, I will give you a retail code to be placed in the additional comments section of purchasing any

products on my website. This code allows for me to know that this specific purchase was made towards your cause, and the profits go to

you.

Usually a retail code has something to do with YOU or YOUR CAUSE. It will almost always be something EASY to remember. For example, a

retail code could be your last name, your organization’s name, or your cause.

All online fundraisers run through my company will get free advertisement on my site in the “Ongoing Fundraisers” Section. I will also supply a free banner to be used on websites with your information: What the fundraiser is about, why it’s being held, the website to go to so products can be purchased, and your

retail code.

It’s YOUR job to get the information out there. Feel free to upload the banner to any free website, and place it on social

networking sites, websites you are affiliated with, anywhere! E-mail it to friends, co-workers, etc, just to get the word out there

about your fundraiser!

Profits on online fundraisers are different than the profits of regular fundraisers. All profits on ONLINE fundraisers are non-tax exempt. Even if your organization has the tax exempt status, I

can NOT use it for an online fundraiser. It’s just too difficult.

Online fundraising profits are also at a lower rate than those of a regular fundraiser. For example, for a non-tax exempt regular

fundraiser, a jar candle would profit the organization with $4.50. For an online fundraiser, profits are at a lower rate of $4.

Please understand this is because an online fundraiser has not only to get the items shipped to me, but also out to individuals

as well, instead of a bulk package to an organization!
