CAPTAIN PROPERTY – ADJOINS MT. MILLIGAN

7

The 100% owned Captain Property covers 417 square kilometerswith the primary target, a large Copper-Gold system located 30kilometers south of the Mt. Milligan Mine (development) along thesame NW Structural Trends.

Page 8: Ors corporate presentation 01092012

TSX.V:ORS

The property is large and 100% owned with major mining companies Thomson Creek, Xstrata, Goldfields and Teck working on porphyry projects in the area.

The mineralizing system features a Magnetic high associated with fringing IP/Resistivity Anomalies, potassic altered breccias and intrusive. The alteration and geochemical signatures, are consistent with alkalic porphyry systems; Afton, Mt. Milligan, Galore Creek and Ridgeway among others.

The Captain system is much larger than the initial survey area of 6 by 6 Km.

The principal drill target, the East Target, measures 1,000 by 3,000+ meters.

The Captain Target is associated with quartz monzonite intrusive with pervasive potassic/sericite altered breccia grading 0.21% Cu and 0.35g/t Au.

The conclusion is that Captain is a large, early stage copper/gold discovery very similar in nature to the MBX copper-gold deposit at Mt. Milligan.

30 locations permitted for drilling.

TSX.V:ORS

December 2011 and January 2012

Approximately 1000 metres in four-holes

The program is budgeted at $250,000

The primary focus of the drilling will be to follow up and extend copper/gold mineralization intercepted in previous drilling (DDH2009-05) on the East Target.

DDH2011-01, DDH2011-02 and DDH2012-01 will be in the East Target and DDH2011-03 will test the West Target (DDH= diamond drill Hole)

CAPTAIN TARGET – DRILL HOLE LOCATIONS

10

Drill hole locations are in red. The three holes that appear close to each other in this graphic are 400 metres apart. Hole DDH2012-1 is centered.

Page 11: Ors corporate presentation 01092012

TSX.V:ORS

Hole DDH2011-01 was drilled as an offset or twin hole to DDH2009-05, which intersected three metres grading 0.23% copper and 0.35 grams per tonne gold in the bottom of the hole at a depth of 137.23 metres.

The hole was drilled to a depth of 255.42 metres and intercepted highly potassic-sericite-carbonate altered volcanic rocks, porphyry dykes and hydrothermal breccia zones.

These rocks contained 5-10% disseminated sulfide minerals, including fine pyrite and chalcopyrite, from 140 metres to the end of the hole at 255.42 metres (115. 42 metres).

CAPTAIN PROPERTY – DRILL HOLE SUMMARY

11

Page 12: Ors corporate presentation 01092012

TSX.V:ORS

Hole DDH2011-02 was located 800 metres west of hole 11-01 at the eastern edge of a magnetic high, which is believed to be related to an intrusive center.

The drill hole cut a medium to coarse grained monzonite intrusion with minor pyrite and chlorite alteration from 46.63 metres to 165.0 metres.

From 165 metres to the end of the hole at 185.32 metres, the monzonite is strongly potassic-sericite-chlorite-carbonate altered.

5-10% sulfides, including disseminated pyrite and fine chalcopyrite appear to increase in abundance towards the bottom of the hole.

The increasing alteration and sulfide content, combined with the geophysical signature in the area, is suggestive of a mineralized porphyry system strengthening to the east in the direction of hole 11-01.

CAPTAIN TARGET – DRILL HOLE: 09‐05

14

Vertical hole to 137 meters intersected potassic/sericite altered volcanics and quartz monzonite intrusive with pervasive potassic/sericite altered breccia at the bottom of the hole grading 0.21% Cu and 0.35g/t Au.

CAPTAIN TARGET MAGNETICS

15

The target area measures six by six kilometers consisting of a magnetic high interpreted to be a magnetite bearing intrusive measuring 1,000 to 2,000 meters wide and in excess of 5 kilometers in strike length. 30 locations are now permitted and ready for drilling.

CAPTAIN TARGET – IP LINES 1 to 7

16

Within the survey area there are three separate IP chargeability anomalies flanking magnetic high anomalies having widths of 1,000 meters or more that have yet to be fully outlined.

CAPTAIN TARGET – RESISTIVITY LINES 1 to 7

17

The principal IP chargeability anomaly in the central portion of the survey area measures 1,000 by 4,000+ meters and corresponds with a resistivity high; very similar in nature to the MBX copper-gold deposit at Mt. Milligan.
