Getting help from the CTPLD

1. You might need help. You, or someone who knows you well, will tell the CTPLD

2. Someone will talk with you and decide if this team is the right team to help you

3. We can see you in a group, with your family or on your own

4. We will decide how

quickly you need to be seen. It will be within 12 weeks of hearing about you
