One small day pack (Back Pack)

Sun hat

Sun block lotion

Mosquito repellent

A book or two for the journey or before bed

A wet bag or plastic bags for wet clothes

Optional Items Camera or disposable camera

Sunglasses (optional)

A small amount of money, maximum 100baht please

One soft/sports holdall type bag

Clothing

Underwear and socks for the trip

Pajamas/sleeping attire

4 tee-shirts/sports shirt

4 pairs of shorts (suitable for walking in)

Long sleeved shirt for mornings/evenings

A pair of long trousers/tracksuit bottoms (not jeans)

Rain Jacket

A pair of strong sports shoes/walking boots

A pair of strap sandals/aqua shoes for water activities

A swim suit

Toiletries

Soap and shampoo

Toothpaste and toothbrush

Extras (as per usual)

Roll on deodorant if required

Two towels

Flashlight, with batteries packed separately or backwards.

Please do not bring the following:

mobile phones

iPods or electronic games

expensive watches or jewelry

sweets, lollies or extra food

expensive cameras

Remember to put your name on all of your belongings.
