We focus on providing network and hosting infrastructure to partners and enterprise IT teams, and take an end-to-end approach to both. While we support a variety of commercial models (from wholesale to reseller, collaborative reseller to referral with commission, to straight-forward technical collaboration), our core focus is to work collaboratively with partners to grow their business, thereby delivering mutual benefits.

Thinking outside the box In one recent scenario, one of our partners had a customer requirement for 3G resiliency, to deliver the highest availability for their fixed line, business-critical solution. As 3G was not available in Claranet’s portfolio nor in our partner’s portfolio, we approached another Claranet partner to fulfil and deliver this part of the solution. As a result however, Claranet has now built its own 3G platform, which we support ourselves. Thinking outside the box is what we do best. If we don’t have a solution that fits your customer requirements, we’ll find one.
